The other way po ay pwede nyo tawagan ang Cignal hotline para maka hingi ng temporary disconnection tapos specify mo rason regarding sa disconnection. This is applicable lalo na sa meron mga Cignal postpaid account na hindi nila magamit yung TV nila dahil either nasira for repair or nag aantay ng replacement.

got this done na via agent chat. reconnection fee ng 100 pag need na ipa-activate ulit. thank you

Not all the channels are available, but this is good enough. For now, this service is available only to postpaid subscribers.

Ang alam ko lang sa Plan 1990 kasali na dyan yung H2 and BEIN Sports.. 1 lang yung HD nila.. 2 and 3 are in SD MPEG-4 format

FYI, eto na po talaga dinedeploy ni Cignal sa mga new HD subscribers. If ma sira din yung current postpaid STB boxes or under warranty prepaid STB boxes. Chances are yan na rin ipapalit sa inyo. Phaseout na kasi etong Skyworth HD7400A dahil EOL na yung chipset. Tapos may advantage si Conax vs NDS encryption kasi wala na siyang smart card na ginagamit.

Sadly, yes.. Naka post na rin sa official FB page ng Hyper yung annoucement nila regarding UFC.

Alin sa dalawang Skyworth? HS8871 or HD7400A?
Sa experience namin mas maraming sira itong si HS8871 like random rebooting, sirang tuner, no power especially if more 5 years na yung decoder box.

Si HD7400A naman bihira lang pero common issue niya ay biglang nalang mag factory reset yung box tapos pag turn on mo ay nasa First Installation Setup. Not a big a deal at all pero weirdo na issue yan sa HD7400A

badtrip, kaya nga I switched to Cignal it's because of UFC and NBA Premium TV. mag EasyTV na lang ako after my lock-in period, tutal eh puro Netflix naman pinapanuod namin.

Good day! Kaka install ng ng Cignal cable Digibox namin. After it yung soundbar namin di na maka produce ng sound. Also the back of the cignal digibox is walang optic cable. What should i do about it? Where to connect where para ma gamit ko yung soundbar ko while watching shows from the digibox? THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS

Question regarding multiple boxes. I have 3 pero dalawa lang ang active currently.

Pag ni-unplug from power yung original box, the 2nd box will lose connection as well.

Ganun ba talaga? May dependency talaga sa primary box yung extra boxes? TIA

Yes. Yan ang box ang nag supply ng power to the LNB of your satellite dish, as per your setting. Keep it plugged

Each box should work independently. I had that same issue before. Call Cignal tech support. They can help you fix it.

Not sure but you can try this

Setup - System Setup - PIN (0000 or 9998) - Installation Setup - Satellite Setup - LNB Type - Dual Band

it is should be this -->Installation Setup --> Satellite Setup --> LNB Powering =ON
but it is not recommended to activate it on all boxes

It looks like naka slave ata yung 2nd addbox mo sa primary box mo. Usually kasi pag gumamit ka ng 2-way or 3 way splitter dapat gagana lahat ng boxes mo.

Minsan ginagawa din namin during pag may tech visit kami sa mga subs. We turn off the LNB Power sa LNB settings sa mga boxes para isa lang ang mag supply kasi minsan nag aagawan lang ng 18 volts sa lahat ng boxes pero usually nangyayari lang ito sa mga lumang decoder like yung Skyworth HS8871 or Samsung decoder.
