Before I subscribed to Cignal, I actually weighed the content they advertised into my decision since the rates are not a trivial portion of our monthly budget, AND it involved a commitment on my part to stay a customer for 24-months.
Frankly speaking, and I believe I am not alone, I feel CHEATED with the behavior and direction Cignal seems to be taking. I am however a reasonable person, and have come to expect such less than professional behavior particularly from this group of companies, and am willing to give some measure of patience so I will still wait and see.
However please do not brush off the complaints by saying "stay tuned na lang". We are Cignal's customers. We are giving them our hard earned money. At the very least, we should be given
respect and consideration. You, as member of Cignal's organization, should be apologizing for the inconvenience, confusion and uncertainty, and assuring us that we will continue to get our money's worth in the very near future.
