Hi. Im interested in applying for a new subscription with Cignal. Im from San Pedro, Laguna. How do i go about it? I emailed cignal's customer service but havent received a reply from them. Perhaps going thru you might be faster
same here. i'm from Cabuyao laguna. medyo hindi yata interested sa new subscribers ang may hawak ng laguna area. i emailed them and bilis naman reply asking for my number, after giving my number they called the next day. told them im at home during weekends, no prob daw just call them na lang daw when i'm at home and asked me to ready my docs when the installation team arrives.
come saturday, i called their mobile number, naka 5 times yata ako, no answer. siguro busy sa dami ng customer.. ok lang will try again later. malapit na matapos ang araw, i got no return call or atleast an sms so i tried to call again. may sumagot na, i again expressed my interest in getting the PLAN 590. sabi ng kausap ko kung sure na daw ako papuntahain nya installation team bukas (sunday). i texted my name and address again although i already gave them all my info on the email.
waited all day last sunday.... no calls or text... no Cignal installation team came.... until now, i haven't heard from them again.
disappointed lang. parang di sila excited for new subscribers. siguro masyado na marami customers sa laguna area. i decided not to subscribe anymore kahit na tumawag pa ulit sila. kung new application pa lang di na maganda paano pa kung nagbabayad na ako at may problema ako sa system.
siguro isolated incident lang yung sa akin... just wanna share my experience. hindi siguro kawalan sa kanila ang isang prospective subscriber tulad ko. or baka nadisappoint sila dahil plan 590 lang kukunin ko, lease option pa!!
