Nagbabayad na magkaroon ng pinapanood tapos kailangan ng tech support ng sub ay pagbabayarin pa ulit? Hindi ba kasama sa subscription fee ang support kung nagkaproblem ang subscriber?

unit warranty if bought is one year for the cignal kit
after the six months period, service call visit fee applies.
if all things work according to plan, you should not need any service call support.
like in middle east wherein once installed, it lasts for more than 2-3 years since there is no typhoon.
but here, we have weather disturbance and the likes that affects the outdoor unit. thus, the need for service.
