We apologize for the delayed response.
Please make sure that the cable that connects to the box from the satellite is hand-tight and there is nothing wrong with the cable. Also, please check if your box is connected to the right port on your tv.
Please also try the following steps to reset your box settings:

Unplug the set-top-box from the wall socket while the STB is powered on
2
Wait for 15 seconds and plug it back to the wall socket
3
STB should automatically power back on*
