So far so good. With the rainy weather, for several weeks, it only went out on me 2 times i think. Very satisfied so far. Enjoying...pero plan 490 lang ako.

I just notice the volume is very low compared to my sky. Nasa 100 percent na ako, mahina pa rin, im just using tv volume. Am i doing something wrong?

I'm on PLDT Fibr triple play - same thing here, the volume is really low, I'm now setting my volume to 70% or higher just to get a decent audio ... when I was using Cablelink, I was only on 20%+ volume

Hi! I'm having a problem with my Cignal Plan 830. My tv is TCL 55E5900 1080p. When I press the MENU button on the remote, the picture on the small preview screen on the upper left side is very clear. It is really digital quality. However, when I return to the full screen mode, the picture becomes cloudy, blurry, and certainly not digital quality. I switched to my local cable and antenna. The pictures from those 2 non-digital sources are way better than that of Cignal. Anyone has the same problem? Please help me. Thanks!

Di pare pareho volume ng mga channels. Yung food network mahina. Yung HGTV naman malakas

Ah ok po then pano naman malaman kung dolby digital plus na ung isang channel sa cignal?
Anu anu channel ba ang supported ng dolby digital plus? Medyo hindi ko napapansin kasi difference nun from pcm option.. im using a soundbar po.

Sa mga local channels malakas, pero sa mga HD channels mahina, kaya lagi ako nag a-adjust ng volume tuwing maglilipat ng channels.

I have an harmon kardon omni 10 speaker. I rarely used it and now have a place for it hehe. Nag audio out ako sa samsung tv ko and audio in sa omni.

Worked very well. Sounds way better than tv sound.

Sinet mo sa dolby digital plus ung audio ng box mo?
Malaki ba difference  ng dolby digital,plus and pcm? Medyo hindi ko napapansin sa jbl soundbar ko hehe..

Yun dolby digital plus and pcm dapat thru receiver ata?

Check sa user setup mo sa audio if your hdmi is dolby dig plus

Parang lumalabas 2 ang cable provider? Parang 2digibox ang meron ako...Want to try kasi ung prepaid ng sky direct habol ko lang naman ay ung abs cbn hd dun... sabi kasi nila kahit wala ko load makakaview ka ng local channel including abs cbn hd... possible po kaya?

Un nalang kasi ang isang channel na advantage ni sky, talo na sya ni cignal..

Puede but you had to replace the existing lnb with "dual" lnb. available sa lazada. Cignal had different polarity sa Skydirect..

So bale lumalabas 2  maging digibox ko (one for sky and one for cignal)?

Low Noise Block.. Hindi lalabo kasi parang dalawa na ang lnb mo..

Dont have Roku but meron group page s FB na un Roku from Cignal ay naka lock and walang options to add channels aside s default.. kaya di ma take advantage un potential ng Roku..

Besides being locked, you have to subscribe to another plan on Cignal, plus those are old Roku models - Roku 3 I think ... better to purchase the newer Roku models outside, then subscribe to Sling or Direct TV now

I'm about to drop my Cignal Cable via PLDT Fibr, been having issues with garbled image for almost three months, and even with almost daily calls to 171, they cannot get a technician to fix the issue ... PLDT support really sucks big time, Cignal provides better support for those using the dish ... I went to PLDT office last Monday to report the issue directly and requested for a refund, and have the subscription cut without any penalties - the customer care officer requested to give them another chance and they'll have it attended the following day, I agreed, but unfortunately no technician showed up, so I'm done and moving back to Cablelink

like cable but US channels ... if you are cable cutting, partner the Roku with a TV Plus and get subscription from either of those would be a good idea

Same lang ba ng Satellite kinukuhanan ang Cignal and Skydirect? If yes then yep 2 LNB can be installed on the dish going to each of it's decoder box.

Nagpa-downgrade ako late last year from Postpaid Plan 830 to Plan 490. Nag-prorate lang sila ng fee as I transitioned to the lower plan, pero wala naman silang siningil na additional.
