Via call sir. Sabi pa pa disconnect ko na since tapos na ko sa lock in period. Then nag offer na pa pre paid ko na lng. Ma retain ko pa yun box.

so i just got off the phone and i got the same answer as previous. bwisit lang. paputol ko na lang. walang kwenta.

yung lowest postpaid plan na 290 pwede lang daw for new subs at plan 420 lang ang lowest na pwede to downgrade to.

^agreed. NBA na nga lang nawala pa. Isama na din pagkawala ng UFC.

Now that i think more about it, hindi na din talaga need ang regular cable TV. everything is pretty much via the internet na so wala na value pa ang subscription natin with them when we can get mostly online.

once i establish my Android box setup, i'll have my Cignal subscription cut for good na.

to tell a bit of a story, last month i was given a Cignal box na activated na with the top plan 1990 for just a one time payment of 1.5K (colorum in short).

i had the extension box cancelled then yung main box na pinagamit ko dun sa kapitabahay ko who pays me 350/month.

I have been using the colorum box and last week na downgrade yung plan to a lower one(520 ata). hindi pa din naibabalik sa top plan nung tiga Cignal na nag bigay and i'm not expecting na maibalik pa.

Plano ko once i get my Android TV setup by next week, i'll have my subscription cancelled na then itong colorum box na lang ipapagamit ko dun sa kapitbahay ko hanggang may connection pa and still get 350/month for it.

kung tatagal pa siya ng 4-5 months, nabawi ko na yung 1.5K, beyond that parang naibabalik paunti unti yung investment ko sa Android TV setup.

Cause right now I myself is subscribe to Netflix and hooq, then thinking of subscribing to nba league pass.
Im thinking of getting also either fox + or amazon prime.

Cignal is doing some loyalty check / survey calls nowadays, they called us to check if we're still happy with their service or channels being offered. We said that if they won't bring back NBA premium tv, then we will cancel. they also said that there's an on-going negotiation with NBA, and when I asked if ever they will get the rights to broadcast NBA will there be an additional cost or it will still included in the plan, too bad they don't know yet but my hunch is it will be like that of Sky cable wherein it is an additional php350/month.

next month pa disconnect ko na. been a subscriber of Netflix for years na din, then yung kids ko usually YouTube na lang nanunuod, for our local channels we have tvplus na, and for other tv series na wala sa Netflix I installed Catmouse app in my MiBox https://morphtv.net/catmouse-apk/ and for NBA games and UFC balik-luob ako sa Mobdro.

Today, i had my subscription downgraded to Fox Plan 420 from plan 640. My neighbor will be the one continuing the service.

I get to retain access to Cignal Play because of this so that's something i can still use. I have Cignal Play sideloaded on my Mi Box S.

I requested for disconnection already. However, the Cignal rep called me up and recommended to shift to prepaid. I bit to his sales pitch and opted to change my account to prepaid. In doing so I can choose to load up or not.

weird lease plans now of cignal. they increased the prices of box from 1k to 2k. then pag nasira they will offer you lease option 150 a mo. but main box wont need to pay 150mo even if its at lease plan. gulo dba? before i paid outright. tapos kakapalit palang ng 3 sub boxes ko all under 1k. now nasira na main box ko and was ready to pay for a new box. gulat ako na they said if i convert to lease option. libre 1st box.

Nag post ang Cignal sa FB and twitter kagabi na nagkaroon sila ng technical problem yesterday which affected all subscribers. Pero late na sila nag-update - hours after the outage. And they were unresponsive to DMs prior to that. This kind of service certainly won’t help their efforts to retain customers.

may overpayment ako 1K+ after i had my subscription terminated. Hanggang ngayon wala pa sagot sa request ko for credit back to my bank account. 10 days na.

Pinaputol ko na yung Cignal ko and subscribe to a premium IPTV service instead. Mas cheaper, with 2500 plus channels and ang maganda dito is up to 3 devices pa ang pwedeng gamitin ng sabay-sabay.
