watching her last fight just showed how bad her stand up game is. horrible foot work.

she spent a year in hiatus but didn't do anything to improve her boxing which is her weakest skill.

but then again ganun ata talaga yung galaw nya. kumbaga sa dancer, walang "swagger".

Mahina talaga sa striking si Ronda, sana nag stick sya sa grappling, judo at jiu-jitsu. Tulad ng huling laban nya bago kay Lioness, nakipag striking match din sya sa striker.

Sana bumalik agad sa octagon si Ronda, lumaban muna sa mga contender then pagnananalo na, laban ulit para sa belt. Pangit exit nya sa UFC kung 'di sya makakabangon sa dalawang pagkatalo nya.

The gym is set to first open its doors in early 2017 in Glorietta in Makati City.

The announcement comes after UFC Gym inked an exclusive 10-year partnership with the Fitspiration Philippines Corporation.

“We’re very excited to embark on this exclusive partnership to expand UFC Gym’s global footprint throughout the Philippines,” UFC Gym Chief Executive Officer Brent Leffel said.

The gym will offer a full-range of functional fitness classes, group and private mixed martial arts (MMA) training, group fitness, personal and group dynamic performance-based training, plus MMA youth programming.

Membership will also include access to the UFC's iconic Octagon and various signature classes.

Since its debut in 2009, the UFC Gym has opened in more than 135 locations throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, South America, and the UAE.

close win. Silva was the aggressor and I think that convinced the judges to give him the fight. Brunson failed to impress.

medyo boring ufc 208, yung kay souza lang nagustuhan ko. mas ok pa yung fight night the other week.
