jukebox, sleep timer, hd audio din kung nka pro ka o yung bagong sidewinder edition.

@HD_MOVIES opo kasama din po yung mk1 natin except yung features na hd audio.

not bad na rin kasi very active naman sila at maging mukhang mamahalin yung nmt natin

I found something weird. My internal hard drive crashed. When I tried playing the etrayz from the xtreamer w/o the internal hard drive, the stuttering playback that used to be there is gone. It now plays ok.

just sharing one of my findings.
one of my problems can be traced to the setup of my DMZ in my linksys router. the DMZ setup screen capture as shown in the etrayz setup screen doesn't much the actual screen in my linksys wrt320n. there's a source ip address and a destination ip address. I just used the destination ip address and pick the address of the etrayz from the dhcp table. the etrayz - xtreamer playback now works. before, it would just hang after 30 seconds.

Guys question, how do you properly "eject" the external HDD from the extreamer? The eject button seems to work only on ext dvd players but not on the hard disk

I just turn the Xtreamer unit off, then disconnect the external hdd. Although there were times when I navigated to the main Xtreamer menu, then pulled out the usb connection of the externall hdd...I had mixed results. Sometimes the unit would hang, & a few times there were no problems. I just feel its "safer" to turn off the unit before removing/adding a hdd.

Thats what i usually do, turn off XT first but i still get that warning everytime i connect it to my mac. What i do is connect it to my PC first, unmount it then connect it again to my mac so i wont get that warning. Hassle lang kasi.

I have tried the latest beta firmware 2.4b18 with jukebox 1.27 which was at first posted pero later tinanggal sa site nila. It would seem na mas ok if tagalan pa nila ang release. Ang bagal ng navigation ng jukebox. It will take about 2 seconds para madisplay ung mga info. Pero ang looks, ganda talaga. And pag tignan mo ung indicator ng RAM, which is a new feature sa FW, parang nashoshort talga ng RAM ang XT(baka isa rin sa reason why nahihirapan mag run ung jukebox)

Can anyone confirm here if that is the case sa jukebox ng other NMT's like popcorn hour??? Kasi for me, Important talaga ang jukebox functionality and parang inclined na akong ibenta tong XT ko having experienced that speed of their jukebox LOLZ

Since Xtreamer's jukebox is firmware based, I can only compare it Oversight which is a YAMJ based build designed to be run inside the PCH unit itself (not on a separate PC).

Scraping really takes awhile but the oversight YAMJ is pretty speedy.

You can find lots of youtube videos of YAMJ in action, compare the navigation speed and find out for yourself if the NMT implementation is faster.

go the marketplace -- video sources and buy it from @annot. its around 850 pesos i think.

oras na lang ang bibilangin natin at ilalabas na ang fw 2.4

kung hindi ako nag kakamali bukas ng umaga nakalabas na at 22:00 GMT +1 ng saturday (5 or 6 am)

Got the updates and will try in the weekend, although I've read a lot that it has memory problems especially with XT1
