32s81b = 60 *.8 = 48k (60-5) *.8 = 44k
32r81b = 70 *.8 = 56k (70-5) *.8 = 52k

37 inch
37r81b = 100k *8 = 80k (100-5) *.8 = 76k

40 inch
40s81 = 130 *8 = 104k (130-20) *.8 = 88k
40r81 = 150 *8 = 120k (150-20) *.8 = 96k

modified discount rule is taking in the "promotional" discount then applying 20% cash/check discount.
our target price should be anywhere from regular 20% discounted price up to the modified discounted price.. as that price should be retailer's threshold.

better colors and image quality ang plasma hands down.

resolution is roughly equivlaent.

if the price is really good ill jump in the bandwagon na rin on the 32" r81b with HTiB LOL.

Hirap humanap nung Regza eh..im sure we can all get a good price if we get all samsungs. Worse case scenario i can get the 32" s81b on 0% para makasama na talaga ako.

Thats the 32WL66 in asian model terms

I think the samsungs are priced higher here in the philippines then they make it look like they give you a good discount. i think the toshiba's price is in a way more spot on at around 55-60k SRP competes with the supposedly 70k samsung

last i did my research, the toshiba 32wl66 series was in the 90k range without discount...

now if they release the 32a3000e in the 60k srp bracket with toshiba phils. warranty then that would change the whole story.

wl66 is 55k now 12 months with hdmi dvd player...a3000 32" is 69k 0% in sm appliance center which is expensive.

im getting feedback from theater works that the a3000 = wl66 in price...maybe 5k higher lang daw

whichever is better...i think we all here have the same budget and are getting 32"s...maybe we ought to wait for the a3000s then lets all buy the better one. audition tayo sabay sabay hahahaa
