haaay... dropped by anson's ortigas yesterday. sumakit ulo ko sa dami ng choices. it seems din kasi everyone is displaying hd demo material or kung di man eh high quality dvd kaya ang linaw talaga. i couldn't really tell the difference from my quick rounds of the place (less than 15mins. actually). so tingin na lang ako ng prices na within my range. i went there decided na to get a plasma... but from the performance of the lcd's i saw, i'm having second thoughts already. ang ganda lang sa lcd, kahit sa malapitan, ang kinis pa rin. haaay.... back again to the drawing board.

Went to ansons today also sa ortigas laki pala nun daming choices sa 1st floor pero sa 2nd floor ako natuwa nung nakita ko na yung toshiba 42wl68e mas maganda pala PQ nya kaysa sa 3000 and 66e series.

i also want the 68e na 32" pero ang mahal!!! hahaha :p

officially scratching the a3000e from my choices due to lack of widescreen support for pc input. sheesh...im back to samsung and sharp .. haaaay

I always bring a personal dvd to test the tvs. Dont rely on their demos. Yun lang sometimes there are some salespeople that are not accomodating and "making bad facials" But hey thats our right..

but seriously... I'm considering the R81, at 5k difference, not sure if it's worth the extra 1000:1 contrast ratio, movie mode, anynet+ and better aesthetics...  ???

samsung is known for good aftersale services...also hindi rin sila nalalayo ng sony lcd...same panel kase gamit nila, actually sa sharp naman, d na rin nalalayo ang aftersale service nila, sharp replaced my unit twice, i dont encounter any problem when it comes to CSR, all my transactions are done via phone... ikaw na lang mag decide pag dating sa quality of picture, make side by side comparison.  ;D

For my personal taste, the Aquos beats Samsung side-by-side...

Sony and Aquos ang mejo magka level or pwede mag matching side-by-side. (well, thats my taste/opinion)
