Opening a thread for an overlooked series and probably one of the better comicbook adaptations to go on air in a while.

You're my third friend to recommend this, so I'll give it a shot. Probably after February sweeps, though.

Confession: Back during the early days of SkyCable (when they used to illegally broadcast Comedy Central, CBS and a live feed of ABC clearly meant for Japan only), I was a fan of the first TV version of this comic, the ABC version that starred Rick Springfield.

Whoah! You actually saw the Rick Springfield version? Cool. The 2010 version is different from the comic and the first series in that Chance does not assume the identity of the people he protects.

It's an OK show. But the real highlight for me is Jackie Earle Haley. Now, that dude rocks.

I think it's a near perfect cast. Mark Valley, Chi McBride and Jackie Earle Haley are so natural in their respective roles. That first scene of Haley with the two thugs in the pilot episode reminded me so much of Garth Ennis' work.

Second season starts tomorrow.

TV critic Tim Goodman said it best - now with 2 hot chicks -- Indira Varma (Rome, Luther) and Janet Montgomery (Entourage), more explosions & more Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley) Pure escapism popcorn fun.

yahoo... something to look forward again. enjoyed the first season.... hopefully the development of the show continues this year. and indie is right the guy roles are near perfect specially haley... plus the 2 chicks are a good icing on the cake...

yup that's what i like about this show it has action, its funny without trying hard to be and it has hot girls...

Very good season finale... too bad the TV execs are still thinking if this should be renewed for another run... I hope so... since i have grown to like the characters and their interactions with one another. Guererro is a classic and very good acting by Jackie Earl Hailey

I hope there will be a 3rd season.. Really love this show.... Janet Montgomery is getting hotter and hotter..
