More than stats, it's the defensive presence of Perkins that put him in the starting lineup of Boston. Nung wala sya ng Game 6, nagpyesta sa loob ang big men ng LA.

Its not about the stats..ok fair enough..so akala ko pa rin malakas ang bench ng Celtics? Diba sabi nyo nung kinain ng Celtics ang Lakers sa Boston ay talagang mas malakas ang bench.

E tinanbakam lang naman yung malakas na bench ng 25 sa Game 6. So kung nandun si Perkins, tambak lang ng 10 siguro..hehehe

Nagpyesta ang big men ng Lakers dahil wala yung big man who can grab 6 rebounds and block 1.4 per game...ehhhhhhh (Japanese expression)?

Be fair and objective..hehehe.. Tingin ko patas yung dalawa..

Patas lang kasi injured din si Bynum, He's not like what he did nung first game, kasama narin sa basketball yan e, injuries are inevitable

Again I think all eyes will be on Kobe! Will he pass or shoot?

1st half will dictate it, kung dikitan then we have a helluva show! kung blow out naman e di sama na lang ang Celtics sa pa blow out ng Lakers

My prediction? Celtics will fumble and Lakers will win it by 20pts+ packaging

If Celtics wins the championship? then back the PBA games naman ako

I believe Boston Celtics can still win tomorrow despite wala si Perks. We will come out victorious!!!

No matter how the Celtics downplay Perkin's injury, people will still point out that Perkin's big body was a presence in this series. Intangibles like boxing out and screens are something that no team take lightly. And he's got a nice touch once inside the paint as well. Oh well, maybe he can do a Willis Reed and help inspire the Celtics, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Basta Celtics tayo! Like what the Boston Bruins did earlier, rally from 3-0 down to win the series in the NHL playoffs. Ray Allen has to contribute a lot tomorrow to win, together with Pierce and Garnett.

Mas magandang Hollywood ending if Boston wins. The underdog....now the limping underdog. One who wasn't given a chance from the very start. Out in the 1st round in 7. Certainly out in the 2nd in 5. Out again in the ECF in 6. And after game 1 in the finals, a sweep or 5 at the most. Doc alias Mr. Miyagi/Mr. Han only needs to guide the C's through his magic healing powers and with the Celtics players doing the crane/cobra move in the end. The reason why they counted the Celtics out was because of their record which is unfair because they had a lot of injuries. Playoffs kumpleto ang big 4. They were never the underdog in my opinion. They are the same Celtics who won the championship in 08.

Sorry but it was the Bruins who led 3-0, to the Flyers just this 2010 playoffs, and lost in game 7........you might be referring to the Boston Red Sox, who overcame a 0-3 deficit against the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS and won in game 7.

2. aalis na si Phil Jackson - he'll go to new york to coach the team (or elsewhere)
3. lalamang ulit banner ng Celtics 18 to Laker's 15.
4. mapapahiya ang Lakers sa pag trade kay Ariza vs Artest.
5. mabubwisit lakers team kay Kobe.
6. makukumpleto ng boston pag demolished sa mga superstars: Wade, Lebron, Howard and Kobe.

To all Boston Celtics and LA Lakers fans:

I know we are very lucky to witness this historical NBA 2010 game 7 between our beloved teams. For myself, this is a dream come true to be watching this game with my 9-yr old son. This event is something that me and my son will be talking about forever, and bond us more (there is nothing like a father and son tandem really).

Both teams played really great and deserved to be here. The 2 real best teams right now, no doubt.

Good luck to both teams, and we'll know who's number one tomorrow!

@#1. if that is true then we can find all sorts of excuses why a team is irrelevant. Bynum was injured in 08. Does that mean the Celtics championship was irrelevant? Orlando gave up Hedo and it affected their team chemistry.
@#2. I put my money that Phil will not coach any other team beside the Lakers
@#3 yup its a fact if it happens
@4. they lost with Ariza in 08. Kahit sinong GM will choose Artest for Ariza.
@#5. A leader can either take the blame or receive praises. You cant please everyone more certainly a Celtic fan
