Little finding that i did not realize before. it seems that when you format the hard drive with the software of the media player it does not only creates one partition

As you can see in the image and the information provided from the device its makes 3 portions on the hard driver 1 es NTFS (where de moves information is downloaded or storage) - 1 Linux Swap file system - 1 Linux ext3 partition of 533mb.
The important thing is this partition Linux ext3 partition of 533mb that is mounted in /tmp/hdd/root
There you can see that is allocated all the software that can be updated though the software menu. like btpd samba.

It seems if we can do som simbolic links to that partition we have an ext3 partitio to stor all king of application. we have 533MB to play arround.
