To be precise kagawad...the actual weight of the SCS mains are 19 lbs respectively. :)

I'd watch those mounts if I were you........cant really be too careful brader  ;) Unless, if you wanna upgrade to the .02s if your .01s goes humpy-dumpy :D :D :D

After brader Jammy mentioned about the screw not having a washer on the bracket, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I will still be here at the office for the next 3 hours before my shift ends and I am praying that they do hold up til I get home. :(

Im sure it'll hold naman - baka lang mag bend yung metal ng perfect view. You did use tux & concrete screws, right?
Nonetheless, 3 lbs of margin is really cutting it close, IMHO. Better get something stronger for your peace of mind brader ;) Sabi nga ni Mike sa akin about 30 lbs minimum eh.

Yes I did, but I did not use the tux I that came with the bracket. They were made of plastic. I bought the metal ones and used that instead. :) Point taken on the 30 lbs minimum weight. Thanks! :)

bro marts washer lang katapat nya bro.  im sure it will hold, matibay yan.  im thinking the plastic tox palang will hold around 30lbs. (prolly more) naman depende kung saan mounted (cement or wood).   usually may allowance sa mentioned/labelled weight limit  ;)

ganda ng front stage mo bro  :D

@stickfighter,
thanks sir, your setup is also very nice complete with corner traps and acoustic panel. that will be my next project after the holidays.

my initial impression about the s-series speakers right off the bat is it's better than my previous set ;D

@macdon,
i will be saving up for a TIDE to complete my setup and eliminate "what ifs". the L&R are roughly 8.5 ft apart. that distance were based on the speaker wall outlets so the wire will just drop directly below the L & R.

@jao143,
thanks sir.

@obsi,
thanks. you can visit me anytime. i still haven't got the time to swing to tac to visit you and emman. i want to experience the earth shaking bass of your multi-sub setup.

@ninjababes,
thanks, sinukat ko talaga kaya ang tagal ko natapos. the bottom part of the L & R is the same height sa bottom of center. kelangan precise ang pagbutas sa wall para align ang screws (top & bottom) with no slack when mounting them.

@onkyo606,

thanks, i'm looking forward to see your next upgrade, going M-series and Tide Ultra combo ;D

naku brader weng wishlist pa lang yan sana eh magkaron ng katotohanan, although im really considering the STS-02 but will waut firts till i move in to the new house. If the MAs would still be as good as how it is now or better in the new house, then the upgrade path would be on the subwoofer.

i really like the symmetry in your set up, im a bit OC kaya well appreciated ko pag yung set up balansyado tingnan ;) ;) ;)

good job on the minimalist concept ;) ;)

Thats about spot on to my measurements too if I elected to have the SCS. My horizontal rack is 8 ft, so 8.5-9 ft should clear the PJ screen as well. Wider soundstage too, I suppose.

Nicely done Weng!  ;)

i'm glad that i spaced them out just right for a pj screen, so no more baklas :). i don't have any knowledge yet on pj's but that is also another setup to look forward to.
