Devil

-freaky movie where 5 passengers trapped in an elevator with the devil. One of the better movies of M. Shyalaman. I just found the rescue taking too long and what the security guys did was just watch the trapped individuals getting killed one by one. Maybe the elevator was too expensive to trash.

Not as scary as expected but gruesome.

Dungeons & dragons complete animated series disc 1 - animation is not as good as more recent cartoons, but more than makes up for this in the stories.. some continuity between episodes would have made this a must-see classic!

Flash Forward

An intriguing series that will fall under my "marathon" collection. But it's not really a great series in the mold of, say, 24 or Prison Break or Alias but it held me captive for a few days. Realized that the show only had one season and I guess I know why. The action here is quite over the top! Some cool gunfight scenes and explosions that will satisfy the alpha male.

PQ is simply FANTASTIC! On a properly calibrated DVD player, picture is amazing even on my 46" Plasma HDTV. Vivid colors, deep blacks and popping imagery were a joy to watch. And this is just 480p ha? Hindi pa ito upscaled since sa dvd player ako nanood at di sa BD player ko. But I am so happy with 480p projection. Natuwa ako ulit sa SD quality.
