help on what to buy?
« on: Jan 18, 2011 at 09:13 PM »
I've been on a lookout for a hi definition player.  So far I have my hd ready panasonic 50 inches plasma tv and my yamaha receiver with onkyo speakers. I also have western digital player with 1 tb of hi def movies. Now i need to pair with a blue ray player.  Im torn between a ps3 or an entry level bd player.  Which one to choose?  Im incline on getting the ps3 because well, not only it plays blue ray disc, it plays 3d content and of course the games.  Unlike an bd player, it plays only bd content.  My worry also is if i keep on watch blue ray movies on my ps3, baka mag over heat or something.  Is it safe to over use it for games and movies?  Help.  Cant stop the itch to watch hi def movies.

maganda yung ps3, since you can play games and play hd 1080p movies at the same time
