This is my Bedroom HT and Sala Audio set up before:

[My bedroom cinema:

Center speaker

Front speakers (Mission M72) in DIY stand

Surrounds Left and Right (Wharfedale valdus 100) in DIY stand

A/V Receiver

Media Player
Subwoofer system (Amp4V2 and DIY subwoofer speakers)

My TV (Full HD 42" AVision AL69)

My Living Room Audio/Videoke setup:

Panasonic 32" LCD TV, vintage Wharfedale Valdus 400 (sensitivity 93db)

NAD C 515BEE cd player, Marantz ST521 am/fm tuner and NAD 3100 Power Envelope Integrated Amp

Pensonic MIDI 20K-863 videoke player.

I consolidated them now in my basement after cleaning it of unwanted/excess stuff (garbage).

The entertainment stand was only DIYed by me.

I used curtains to help diffuse sound.

Instead of buying new sofa set (walang pambili

), i just reused the old ones stocked in the basement.

Here are my new audio and A/V gears (all bought from 2nd hand market of PinoyDVD

)

Onkyo 606, Samsung Bluray player, and Astone multi-media player with 2tb inside and 1tb wd external hard drive

Yaqin MC10T integrated tube amp, Marantz Cd 6002, Pensonic videoke player and Infinity center speaker

DIY Beyma full range speaker for the tube amp, Mission M72 (fronts) and Mission M71 (surrounds), both with DIY stand.

Wala rin akong pambili ng carpet kaya nag-DIY na rin lang using available materials at home. I found an old carpet and used it to cover an old foamed bedsheet (to also help diffuse sound and tame bass). I also used some old carpet tiles to cover half of the area.

BTW, behind the curtains are still some old stuff

Temporary pa lang kasi ang setup ko. I'm contemplating on arranging my basement to give way to a more permanent and dedicated HT center. Pero ipon muna para sa renovation.

Just upgraded my sala audio set up (modified the pics in the first post) to NAD c 515BEE, NAD 3100 integrated amp, Marantz ST521 Tuner and Wharfedale Valdus 400 (vintage floorstander). As usual, all procured from the PDVD market place

Naglinis ako ng basement last week at ng matanggal ang mga unwanted basura, malaking space ang na-save ko (about 4mX5m). I thought to convert it to a DIY HT/Audio den and consolidate all my HT/audio gears in one place. I'm now in the process of DIYing/conversion.

This thread will soon be named "My Cheap Basement HT/Audio Den".

Pics will be posted soon.
