Ayaw ko namang bilhin yung LX 710 kasi hindi ko naman gagamitin lahat ng features nya pero mas maganda at mas mahal sya symepre.  :)

What do you mean laser? Is this different from IR?

What do you mean laser? Is this different from IR?

Laser is the tech of the mouse sensor itself and is more sensitive than the previous gen which was was optical.   IR (infrared) is the tech of standard wireless with up to 6 feet range only.  Short range high radio frequency (2.GHz - bluetooth) is the more advance wireless tech with range well beyond 6 feet.

Be careful ng ibang Microsoft mouse/desktop combo.  Laser nga yung mouse pero ordinary wireless lang yung keyboard so the transmitter is ordinary IR (limited din ang range).   The higher (more expensive) models lang yung bluetooth both yung mouse and keyboard.

BTW, start downloading Iron Man 720p.  Katatapos ko lang panoorin.   ;D

Hehehehehe...

If cdr king's wireless keyboard and mouse combo is 2.5k, why not go with this? This is what I'm using and I got this for only 2k - 2.3k

Logitech LX 310 Laser

got this at PC Hub for 2.2k..... ;)

Walang any kind of sub yung Septic na 720p.  Malinis na malinis yung file.  Mas malinis pa sa puso ko.   ;D

Just curious, why would you get yung Divx or Axxo or DVD r*p kung available yung 720 na BD r*p with very very  healthy seeding (HD-bits.ro)?   I wouldnt be surprised kung lalabas na 1080p soonest.

I originally intended to watch first sa moviehouse kaso coming soon pa rin sa Tokyo ang Iron Man.  Baka magkaroon ako ng multiple personality disorder sa sobrang stress ng kakahintay ng theather roadshow while nasa harap ko na yung download.   ;D  I couldnt imagine Downey as a superhero at all, pero napakaganda palang pelikula nire.  ;D

Hi-DefinitionTorrents already have the 1080p version of Iron Man. Where did you get your 720p version sir? MKV?

Edit: Okay...I saw the 720p version in HD-Bit.ro. I never downloaded a 1080p file before coz of some issues I read here but I'm tempted to get the 1080p version of Ironman.

HTPC Specs:
Graphic Card: 512mb Inno3d GeForce 9600GT ddr3 (256bit)
RAM: 2gb ddr2-800 pc2-6400 Corsair

Will this be enough for a 1080p? TIA

Because of time....completed it in 2 hours with my measly download rate and converted it to DVD in 28 minutes, with DD5.1 audio sans any pixelization, anyway....the latest Axxo and Dash Divx rip is really from a retail R1, even the hard coded subs are now in english, BTW Axxo subs are availaable via Subscene and Dash release included subs however, for those who prefer teh srt, it's available in subscene and Opensubs (for info to those interested)

Understood.  I tried PLDT's 999 peso DSL last month during my vacation and I could manage to finish downloading a healthy torrent through a public site in 2-3 days (average speed was barely 50 kb/sec).   With HD-bits.ro, it should be shorter than that considering the heavy seeding.  I strongly feel that real good movies, especially kung pa-isa-isa rin lang, are worth that kind of wait, unless you intend to watch using a DVD player.

Dun naman sa mahilit sa high def version ng TV series, the best time to get is 1 - 3 days after the episode was shown in the US para hinog na hinog na yung seeds.

If your CPU is C2D or more powerful, BAKA.  Smooth 1080p mkv playback through an HTPC is content dependent also.  Ewan ko ba, meron talagang magaling mag-encode siguro, or probably when they encoded, they used a very powerful PC so walang sinok yung resulting compressed file.

Ayun, kapapasok lang ng 1080p version sa HD-bits.   I'll get it if healthy na yung seeds and hopefully walang sinok sa C2D ko.

Yes it's C2D. Oh well...I started downloading the 1080p version. Bahala na si Batman...si Ironman pala.  ;D I'll just keep my fingers cross na lang kapag tapos ko na i-download.  ;D Thanks for the info.  :)

Tokyo.  100Mbps fiber optic network for about $40 a month with multiple subscribed email addresses. 15 mins yung download ng 4.5GB Iron Man kase sustained at about 5MB/sec ang DL speed sa dami ng seeders (this only happens dun sa super popular na torrent - otherwise, a normally healthy 4.5GB torrent would take about 1-3 hours to download depende sa seeds).    I leave the PC uploading during the entire weekend to share back much more than I get, pati na dun sa account ng relatives ko.

Kung walang seeder, wala rin effect yung bandwidth available.

Using PLDT 999-peso DSL, kaya hanggang 3 simultaneous high def downloads but I recommend to my relatives to do it one at a time to maximize their DL speed tutal they always "download and run" - ako yung taga-upload nila kaya dehins na-ba-ban  ;D

Bawal kahit saan.  I know some friends who got Copyright Infringement warning letters from Paramount Pictures.  Nakasulat pa yung date, time and title of torrent that was downloaded.

It's not surprising at all that Hollywood is bullying ISPs to impose stricter rules on torrents.

Sabi nga ng torrent sites, get while you still can, but just be careful.

Yup..rapid and megashare sakin..tried torrents.kaso wala akong patience sa pag iintay. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

$30 for 6 months..more reasonable compared to buying blu ray disc.

invested the "blu ray money" in getting a 1TB HDD.

1080p Iron Man plays smooth all throughout and visibly more stunning than Septic's on a 50V plasma.  English subtitle is already embedded in the encode.

Sound is 5.1 Ch AC3 only so if you want the DTS version for archiving, hintay muna.

This movie is really good ne.
