decoupling vs coupling

What is decoupling and coupling?

Which one is better spikes and cones or isolation pads?

Im still new to this hobby and Im really confused  ???

To decouple means to have a path to ground or a means of eliminating a type signal.

To couple means to join two circuits together.

Frankly speaking spikes, cones and isolation pads are all good.

brader arent they suppose to serve different purpose? spikes and cones are for coupling and isolation pads are for decoupling.

it means I cant use them both, so the question remains which one?

Brader ang dahilan po kasi noong tatlo ay para mabawasan ang mechanical vibrations sa audio system.

Pasensya na po pero ang coupling at decoupling sa aking pagkaintindi ay patungkol sa electronics at hindi sa mechanical.

ang logic ko pag spikes ang ginamit ung vibration papuntang sa floor and pag isolation pads ung vibration magstay sa speakers. or mali intindi ko  ;D

Patungan niyo na lang po ng mabigat na bagay gaya ng granite iyung speakers niyo. O hindi kaya maliit na sandbag. Dapat kasi hindi nag vibrate iyung kaha habang tumutunog. Ano po ba ang gusto niyo ma accomplish? Mas maganda LF, mid o HF?

Maganda ang mid and high sa FS and Maganda ang low sa sub.

pero naguguluhan lang talaga ako sa coupling decoupling
