Yung audio set up nasa bedroom lang at hindi na cya gagalaw dun
Papadaanin ko yung mga cables sa ilalim, maglalagay ako nung mga baseboard na removable yung covers.
Mukhang mas economical ang long HDMI kesa long speaker wires for front LCR. Mas mura ang good quality HDMI kesa speaker wires, hehehe

Ninjabebez got a point that the first layout has better control on panning because you can properly mount/position your surrounds at the back and at the sides (if any).

But on the second layout, what if the sitting position is not located at the extreme back end ..... say 1m from the back wall.  Would the surrounds now provide better output to make panning better?

Correct me if I am wrong as I understand overall panning involves the surrounds and not only the main speakers......

Sub parametric EQ ang solution sa peaks ng square room. Pero at least 2 bands dapat.

Why not the other wall/door on the other end?  Eliminating the proposed door wall besides the bedroom also eliminates the privacy when going into that room cause from the bedroom going out you need to pass by the HT room which may not be good especially if there is a session in progress at the HT room.

How important and private is that room? Hope its not the master's bedroom or ladies bedroom otherwise it would not be proper to eliminate the wall.

If its possible to do it on the other end, better.

Otherwise, maybe relocate the door of the bedroom on the hallway so you don't need to pass by the HT room.

Perfect square rooms are a PITA when it comes to acoustics.  It can be treated by may not be cheap.

Problema yung room ay room nina louie so need privacy on that one. So ang puwede lang talaga diyan is ilipat yung pintuan para may privacy. Ilipat dun sa hall way.

Yung length pala sa side ng bedroom is 535cm and yung sa planned side ng PJ screen side is 490cm.
Malapit lapit pa din sa pagiging square, hehehe

Bahala na kung anong mangyayari...

Pero pano ba recommended treatment for a squareish room?

Malamang combo nang absorbers and diffusers pero more on absorbers kasi lively na ang Pio and GE combo.
Mukhang kailangan din ng bass traps sa all corners...
