I think kaya mura is because halos basic lang ang features. And for a 43" TV, it's rather disappointing that it's not full-HD.

samsung says it has some sort of filter but i dont know how well it works.

Samsung 43D450 is not as reflective as the Panasonic 42X20. +1 for Samsung 42D450.

just went to abenson, they have this unit on display, as well as a 42a20 panasonic.. i asked them to run some demo test on both tv,
i asked them to set the picture to movie mode on samsung and cinema mode on panasonic,
every noise reduction and dynamic enhancers was set off lahat ng pwedeng i-off inoff ko for optimum picture quality testing,

samsung: soft picture (i even tried setting the sharpness to 50-80 but no work), color was ok, contrast didnt much that of the panasonic.
i was curious to see how samsung plasma colours compares to panasonic when i saw that their colour gradiation was said to have 290,000 per colour, able to produce trillions of colour compared to panasonic 42x20 that was limited to 4096, but my overall run-test didnt live to my expectation.

panasonic: brighter picture, sharp, nice color but slightly oversaturated, contrast is very good.
comparing to samsung p43d450, panasonic performs better with sharp rendition of images and colours.

medyo expected ko na that panasonic will display better picture but i guess dapat calibrated para mas accurate comparison. I think samsung still deserves a purchase over panasonic as it has better features like usb movie playback. i hope it plays hd.

despite being a pansonic owner its good to know that lg and samsung are around so we have choices which pushes them to perform better.

Just bought this TV last friday so far happy naman. Abenson told me that, when the wall mount arrives, they will schedule me for wall mounting and at the same time color calibration..good thing they offer the color calibration for free...

pero currently i am satisfied with the PQ, features wise for the entry level is above average. Design? Para syang LED TV...

one thing i noticed..everytime i turned off the TV as in fully turned off (tangal saksakan), once i opened it bumabalik sya sa default pic settings....uhm...bakit kaya? Ung 32 LCD ko di naman ganun...anyone experienced this also? and ganun ba talaga?

Is it 43" or 51"? How much is it in Abensons?

You're unit might still be in store demo mode. Switch it to Home Use in the Menu.

na update ko yung sa akin. wala akong napansin na difference. Have you notice ba sa model na ito yung. pabago-bago yung black level nya specially sa mga dark scenes? Minsan ni la-lighten nya yung dark that make it look washout. minsan naman dina darken to make it look better. Nakakita ako ng floating blacks sample sa youtube. Hindi naman ganun sa samsung. Sana lang may option to turn it off kung part of video processing man ito.

I have this TV for 6 months so far wla naman ako napapansing kakaiba sa kanya...regarding balck satisfying naman ung black nya, at saka parang wla namang floating or irregularities regarding black scenes...or maybe i just couldn't noticed it...
