pssst master, pwede rin ba palagyan ng line filter ang isolation transformer ko?  kunan ko ng picture ang internals paguwi ko mamaya..... alam ko madami ka projects, conceptual pa lang naman.

220v yun electric drill ko sir, tested it using the same power strip as the step-down transformer is using ok naman, wala clicking noise. Buti na lang...

Gud news sir, power factor na lang perform na test. With your permission, load testing naman mamya, keep your fingers crossed and hope it survives this afternoon. Look at the bright side, dito pa lang eh nasira na, hindi ka na pinaasa pa.

eto di na OT, serious pa...

there are two opamps in the output of "my" ( ) cdp that needs to be replaced for upgrade reasons. i have traced that this opamps have been well decoupled originally so i only need to put some bypass caps (ceramics/tantalum for lower esr or a combo thereof) on my riser card.

i also plan on just bypassing the main supply caps and the caps after the voltage regulators but these will all be soldered directly on the underside of the pcb.

the only problem to tackle now is the height of the riser card. not too tall, not too small, baka tumama sa mga small caps. BTW, those caps are Nichicons, so I wouldnt be replacing them, will just add some form of bypassing/decoupling.

i opened it pala, i think there is a lot of free space for add ons. baka maisabay ko na to sir with the sansui (ops, OT na ah).

ok lang, satisfied naman na ako dito sa upgraded trafo ko. pero ok sana yan meron nyan kamukha ng trafo mo, over rated at safe ka.

i dont mean that you have to plug directly the vacuum cleaner into your trafo. kahit saang power source malapit sa source ng set up mo para lang malaman kung may interference.

sir i tried it pero i have to use a long extension cord dahil napakaingay nun vacuum cleaner. nun pinakinggan so far so good!
