Yesterday, I bought my copy of the Reg 3 BTTF Trilogy from Astrovision SM City-Cebu for P2,250. I can confirm what rafgar said: that the R3 has DTS.

It seems that the Region 1 does not have DTS (as rafgar had pointed out). I don't know about you but the only thing I don't like about the Region 3 is the way they packaged the discs. Since Disc 2 is overlapped over Disc 3, it seems that Disc 2 could be easily scratched if you're not careful enough. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this purchase (comes out to about P750/movie).
