If not LA, I wish there was a way for Howard to land in Chicago.

Hopefully Knicks. Baka manghina si james andun si chander e hehe

Tyson Chandler signed w/ the KNICKS?
He didnt stay with the Mavs for a chance to win back to back?

Is a short season so i think the HEAT will certainly have the edge this season.
That if LBJ wont be choking again during crunch time.

He chose the knicks because of the better offer. Apparently cuban is not willing to spend a lot of dough on him but instead saving for the free agents next season

Thats a BIG BLOW to the Mavs w/o Chandler. He's a quick athletic center that can match up with Bosh and Gasol. Even w/ Odom i dont think the Mavs can go long into the Playoffs with just Cardinal and Haywood at center. They are just too slow.

Baron davis signs with the knicks. Assuming he gets healthy come playoff time and relieve his old form maganda laban ng knicks.

Problem with the D Antoni system is his team always just wana out shoot their opponents. NO DEFENSE when it comes to crunch time kya laging nasisilat sa playoffs.

this is one signing i don't like for NY.he's almost always out of shape, unmotivated, and imho just has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.  :-\

but for $2.5M for the 1st year,if he does show up healthy, this would turn out to be a steal. ;)

bakit nga ba di sila kumuha ng maayos na defender,at puro matatakaw sa bola sina sign nila? ???

iisa lang naman yung bola.a ewan.i thought they were on the right track (defense wise) when they signed chandler.tas ngayon,si BD naman.

nakaka miss yung bruiserball days nila ewing, starks, mason, oakley. ::)

After getting Kapono and McRoberts, LA signed Troy Murphy. Parang kinukula ang Lakers ah...  :)

Saw the DAL-OKC pre-season game earlier. IMO it's a preview of the WCF. Ganda pa ng laro ni Odom.  :'(

Chicago lacks a solid WINGMAN to back up Rose. Thats the missing piece in their puzzle.

New York has a solid 4 in Chandler, Stoudamire, Anthony , Fields, ??? they need a good point guard to complete the cast and run the show for them.

That's why their decision of waiving Billips is such a dumb and stupid move. They are going to rely on Carmelo as a point forward type of a player however Carmelo is a known ball hog.

it was a better decision to waive billups and sign chandler than have turiaf as your center. hehe.

Of course. With Chandler, Stoudamire and Anthony, they have a very tall and athletic front court.
Fields is good at the SG spot. probably they'll have Tony Douglas playing point for them. Baron Davis? i dont know how he can run the Knicks offense as he's very erratic and also a ball hog like Melo.

I think Mike Bibby is with New York already? Pero old and slow na din to. They really need a young real point guard to distribute their offense. Or else, kakinin lang sila ni Rondo!

A pure point guard, pass first before shooting in what the KNICKS should look for. Its gonna be showtime at Madison Square Garden. Stars for stars they have the best talents to play the HEAT. I hope we can see some over 150 points game when the two teams clash.

Toney Douglas has a good reputation as a defensive player in college. He could be their defensive guard if he lives up to it.

Quote from: Draftexpress
On the defensive end of the floor, Douglas has a stellar reputation around the NCAA—being named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year last week. He displays very good lateral quickness, which combined with his strength and wingspan, should make his transition to the next level easier. He has an aggressive mentality on the defensive end, constantly pressuring the ball, and proving to be one of the most relentless defenders in college basketball. This aggressive style of play also results in him getting beaten off of the dribble, though in fairness, it is very effective in Florida State's team defensive scheme considering the shot-blockers he has playing behind him.

Quote from: Wikipedia
Emerging as a defensive force in his junior season, Douglas set school and conference records for steals
