onga.,media hype lang ang PhilJax rumors, he's not gonna risk tarnishing his health or reputation to coach a flawed roster.

Si Sloan, malabo din. Kung si PhilJax 66, si Sloan almost 70 yrs old na. Tapos loyal pa sa Jazz. He stuck with them through their rebuilding mode when Malone and Stockton left, unlikely to be lured by NY glitz.

I think they should stick it out with Woodson this season, he's doing a pretty good job so far and he was solid as a coach for the Hawks. If Woodson gets failing grades this season, they should pursue Flip or Nate Mac next.

But umaasa pa din ako kay Sloan.  ;D

^Magaling din daw yung assistant ni Popovich, si Mike Budenholzer:

Quote
Mike Budenholzer
Don’t recognize this name? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. I’ll admit, I didn’t know much about Mike Budenholzer either, but with all the “experienced” coaches constantly being recycled around the league, it’s nice to hear someone new being mentioned for head-coaching vacancies.

Here’s the background info on Budenholzer: He was hired by Gregg Popovich in 1994 as San Antonio’s video coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks within the organization. Budenholzer has spent the last 18 years with the Spurs—the last five as Popovich’s top assistant.

Anyone who has spent nearly two decades working alongside Popovich should be well prepared to lead an NBA team into battle. It’s unlikely that the Knicks will hand the franchise over to someone with no NBA head-coaching experience, but maybe the Trail Blazers will try to bring some of that winning tradition from San Antonio up north to Portland.

re mike budenholzer: given the way the spurs take care of their own, imho, highly doubtful if they let him go.

oo nga no,why not Jeff Van Gundy again for the Knicks?or Ewing?

speaking of Ewing, can anyone gauge, on a reasonable level, how his coaching acumen stacks up(by that I mean not just as a big man coach)?Kase the way I look at him e parang props lang sya sa Orlando bench e,parang masabi lang na may HOF center na nagtuturo kay D12.

Really don't know why RJ didn't click with the Spurs. Siguro dahil halos pareho sila ng laro ni Manu.

^ haha.kawawang mike brown.imho, the Lakers are just too set in the triangle offense, sabi nila mahirap matutunan and lalong mahirap i-unlearn.

add to the fact na this is a lockout shortenend season. but heck, with all the talent on the Lakers roster,it's amazing nga naman na they don't win more.

I'd want Phil Jackson to coach the Knicks. If there's one thing Jackson does so well is to handle megamind egos and making them believe in his system. It would be a challenge to get the NY superstars to buy into the triangle, but I guess there's no argument when you can slap some sense into them with your 11 championship rings.

Clippers struggling right now.. they've lost 9 of their 15 games this month.. last week lang, they were no. 3 in the West.. they're really feeling the loss of Billups now..

Golden State Warriors just clogged up their cap space in this trade. he is owed $30M for the next three years.

the last loss that they had vs OKC. Perkins gave a HARD foul on Blake early in the 1st half. after that incident it was jump shots and jump hooks all the way for Griffin. he never ventured in the paint again.

that is intimidation.

seems like the scouting report on Blake reads something like this:

- Play deteriorates significantly if given a hard foul
- Will not attempt to poster anybody if he knows that he might get hurt if he attempts to do so

well he better not wait for Bynum to get pissed off at him. he just might take him out just like Barea last year

That was just a hip check on Blake. He wasn't even up in the air. Funny how instead of checking on Blake, his teammates go after the guy who hit him. Don't tell me Blake is such a pu$$y that he can't shake something like this off.

mukhang malakas yung tama bro, BUTI nalang di pa sya naka elevate.  maraming gumagawa nito, madalas nabibigla lang yung nabibigyan
notice the shoulder and neck of blake nung mabigyan sya.  ganito madalas gawin sakin nun bata pa ako lalo na sa mga inter bgy games (at alam na hugot ka).  mga 3 - 5 minutes bago ako mahimasmasan at di biro ang hit na ganyan at mas lalo na kung elevated kana   :-\
