That flagrant foul on Griffin didn't seem that dangerous since he was not yet airborne.  But just the same, no place for that kind of a play in the NBA.

But this, on the other hand, must have really hurt Mick Pennisi...

**reply number 2,000,and this is my 1,000th post!dvd guru na! ;D

congrats brader!  ;D

LA Clippers head coach Vinny Del Negro is on the hot seat, his team is 11-13 since Chauncey Billups went down with an injury and have fallen to the 5th seed in the Western Conference and are just two games ahead of 9th place Utah.

They spent so much in the offseason and during mid season to acquire talent in order to compete with the top teams. Now they just want to survive and limp into the playoffs.

Durant and Westbrook combining for 69pts now vs Minnesota.. Kevin Love has 50pts by himself.. 129-126 for Min, 16.1sec left in OT.. Thunder ball and Durant buries a 3 to tie.. exciting game..

sayang yung TO ni Love dun sa 1st OT.. kung di sya nag-travel dun sure 2pts na yun.. balik sana sa 5 lamang nila and Durant wouldn't have been able to tie it.. how about Fisher playing 35mins tonight.. looks like the Thunder really are making full use of him..

^ Wow. Hope he's going to be okay. It's been reported as a "closed head" injury.

That OKC-MIN game has to be one of the best this season. Must be a record of some sort to have 3 players score at least 40 each. Sayang effort ni Kevin Love.

What I really love about the entry of Sessions is the improvement in the games of Barnes and World Peace.. parang pagdating ni Sessions, nakakuha rin sila ng bagong SF.. Barnes finally has someone who can run with him on the break and spot him when his cutting or flashing towards the basket.. and with Sessions providing the 4th scoring punch for the Lakers, World Peace has focused solely on defense which has done good things for his offense..

gusto ko rin yung bagong rotation ni Mike Brown.. he uses Barnes and World Peace together in his 2nd unit, playing 2 and 3 tapos McRoberts instead of Murphy.. it's a quicker and tougher unit than what he's been using previously..

I am eagerly awaiting the Lakers when they face Miami or OKC. Only then would we be able to see if the reloading that they have done would be enough to take them right down to the finals. If they do get to see those teams in a 7 game series they have to continually pound the ball inside the paint to Gasol and Bynum in order to stand a chance. They have to get at least 20 touches each for Pau and Bynum in every game. I hope Kobe gets to realize that in order to win it all they should use their most unique and productive asset which is the twin towers. Both Miami and OKC do not have players as talented as the frontline of the Lakers.

Kobe will always welcome the challenge of carrying his team behind his back however there are times that he is trying too much and in the end he turns out being a liability rather than an asset.

+1 What a game!!! 149-140... how often do you see a final score like that even with 2 overtimes. The NBA Gametime commentators said it right that the Timberwolves just ran out of steam in the final OT. The young bucks of OKC had a lot more left in the gas tank.  :o :o :o

Westbrook playing like Wade i hope OKC can invest on a young point guard next season and put Westbrrok at the 2 guard.
in the meantime, Fish can play the point to make OKC a more dangerous attacking, running team.

uhm No.

Quote
And then there’s Dwyane Wade. Erik Spoelstra has kept Wade’s minutes down to a career-low 32.9 per game thanks to a torrid stretch where the Heat were blowing out everybody and Wade forgot what it was like to play in the fourth quarter. On a per-36 minutes basis, Wade and LeBron are set to become the first teammates to average 25 points-5 rebounds-5 assists in the history of the league. Put it all together and you begin to see why LeBron and Wade look down on everyone else in the PER rankings . Then throw in the fact that they play all-world defense, which is the blind spot of PER.

Sorry, Durant and Westbrook, you’re just not on their level yet.

eto ba ang first quadruple ot game?

since 1997.. Suns beat Blazers, 140-139 on Nov. 14, 1997.. this 4OT game only had 139-133 score.. just a few days ago, OKC-Min went to just 2OT but the final score was 149-140..

btw, OKC just dominated Miami earlier.. especially in that 4th Q.. ang daming easy baskets ng OKC.. Ibaka and Perkins had their way with the Heat big men.. this OKC team is almost a complete team.. deadly scorers in Durant and Westbrook.. tough big men in Ibaka and Perkins.. super-sub in James Harden.. plus the vet in Derek Fisher.. team to beat na talaga 'to..

Erik Spoelstra on Thunder: "They kicked our butts, we know it, we’ll own it."

Can't wait for the Playoffs though. Heat played like crap also for a stretch right before the playoffs last year, i think it was like 5 in a row the heat lost, then they went made a run. Im not even worried...

i'm going to wait for their game in Miami's homecourt before i believe that OKC is the team to beat.
