I preferred JVG to Mike Brown.

+1.. Mike doesn't get the respect from his players.. He should be traded too, hehe

Kobe respects JVG

Corny nga laro ng cetics sixers. Walang duguan gaya ng Heat Pacers. Both teams are just walking in the park.

Game7 na nga. Nakakhiya naman kung matalo pa ng sixers ang boston at home.

I think nakisup ang NBA and sixers sa boston na pahabain pa series para maka dagdag revenue pa sila. Halat kse walang gana si Rondo kanina.

kung di sasayangin ng Pacers yung advantage nila bukas, we'll have 2 Game 7s in the East.. No Haslem for the Heat tapos homecourt pa nila..

sayang yung Game 4 loss ng Boston.. they were up big tapos pinahabol pa nila.. parang yung Game 1 ng Grizzlies-Clippers.. it could haunt them..

I still think it will be Boston-Miami playing in the ECF.. as for the WCF, I want a 7-game series, close in every game, with the 1st and last game decided by a last second shot.. ;D

and about the Defensive team, I think Chandler shouldn't have won the DPOY.. it should have gone to Ibaka.. Ibaka's impact on the defensive end was more felt than Chandler's.. and Kobe being on the 2nd team has more to do with his star power than his defensive prowess.. ;D

+1. The NYK's defense improved with Chandler in the middle, but not much if you'd ask me.

as for Ibaka, he's a human fly swatter! ;D

and Kobe being on the 2nd team has more to do with his star power than his defensive prowess.. ;D

Kobe isn't the same Kobe who was included in All NBA Defensive 1st (or 2nd) teams in the past.

he's obviously a step or two slower when it comes to defense.

It can happen.  Trade Bynum to New Jersey straight up or Gasol & Sessions.  There's now way to get Deron and still keep Gasol & Bynum.

Shaq being considered as the next GM of the Orlando Magic

:o :o :o

Jerry Sloan is also a candidate to replace the recently fired Stan Van Gundy

Shaq has always had a soft-spot for Orlando (not Howard) ..... probably as atonement of sorts for leaving the franchise many years ago.

In many ways, GM's are more important than coaches, since they are tasked with building a contender WHILE juggling with all of the salary rules AND pleasing your team owner, all at the same time.

Shaq as GM would be an extremely risky gamble ...... besides the obvious fact of having no front-office experience; Shaq has a massive ego which isn't usually a trademark of successul GM's.

The MAGIC should try to pirate one of those proven guys - who might want the challenge of convincing the league's best center to stay ...... e.g. Geoff Petrie, Rod Thorn, Donnie Walsh (available), etc ..... or get whoever's next in line at the SPURS - those guys effin' know how to build a contender.

===========================================================================

Just say's a lot about Jerry Sloan, when he even considers coaching the inept BOBCATS ..... or the MAGIC, who might lose Howard after a year.

There are great coaches who love the challenge of the job, contender or not ..... unlike one (so-called greatest) who only accepts gigs with loaded rosters spiked with transcendent talent.

Orlando would likely would bring in a more experienced basketball executive to work alongside him

Melo doesn't deserve to make it, I'd replace him with Josh Smith/Garnett. Griffin feels overrated at 2nd team. Thought Nash deserved to make it over Rondo(too many missed games) for nearly leading an awful team to the playoffs.

Pacers should win today and force a game 7 so LBJ can be exposed to much more pressure and level up while it's still early.
