I am so sick of seeing Lebron pass up on making the last second shot. That end of regulation play, he should have gone all the way. He's getting too comfortable being the decoy all the time.  :P

Both sides naman yun bad calls.  In fact mas marami pa nga sa Boston.  The refs actually gave Miami 2 chances to win the game...both in regulation and OT.

Depends on which side are you on siguro. Pero sa akin naman noong 1st & 2nd game parang pabor naman 'yung mga tawag ng refs sa Heat.

Makeup calls tawag sa binigay ng refs when they gave Miami 2 chances to win the game. Panget kasi 'yung mga tawag nila sa Miami.

I think James made the right decision.  He was triple teamed with KG about ready to block the shot.  If anything, Lebron used up too much time before making his move or making a play.

i didn't watch the game earlier, but based on the ESPN recap, Lebron didn't choke on that particular play. as sir DVD_Freak stated, Lebron was triple teamed. if he attempted a field goal on that play and it didn't went in, he would have been blamed for taking a bad shot.

yeah, nothing wrong with him passing there.. great D by the Celtics led to bad spacing by the Heat.. it wasn't an intentional triple team but Chalmers brought his defender (Dooling) on the path of Lebron kaya sumikip yung daanan ni Lebron.. I would have preferred if he passed it to Battier on his right, though.. would have been a better shot..

When asked to comment on the that play during the post game interview, Coach Spo said that the play was slightly broken and Lebron James had to pick it up and make a decision on what to do.

Lebron James had to pick it up and make a decision on what to do.

and he made the decision to pass it because he was triple teamed.

i watched the recap again. i agree with sir boredfilmmaker, Lebron should had passed it to Battier on his right.

I assume that when Lebron saw KG coming at him, he knew Haslem was open.  KG was just quick enough to recover in time.

mukang magkakaroon na ng disneyland sa miami, andaming mickey mouse e. si lebron after ubusin ng husto yung oras na nasa labas ng 3 point line saka ipapasa sa nagulat na haslem (pass wasn't even on the money). then wade decided to let the clock run out in OT before taking the shot. ok lang sana yan kung tabla, pero you need to take the earliest good look para kung magmintis man may chance pa ma rebound ng kakampi. again, mickey mouse is in the building

During crucial situations like that, coaches always call for a spread out and get the ball to their main man who can create his own moves by driving very very hard to the basket with the option of kicking out the ball out to the shooters which should already be positioned on their sweet spots.

It's all boils down to mental toughness of the player assigned to get the ball during those stages of the game.
Even if he's the most athletic player in the whole world as of date, if he doesnt have that mental toughness, then he'll always chicken out during crucial stages of the ball game.
LBJ in my book hasnt develop that mental toughness to be called the GREATEST PLAYER OF ALL TIME though he has my vote of being the most athletic player as of date.

I don't buy that Lebron couldn't buy himself a play to give him a screen or a double screen in those last seconds of regulation. He just didn't want the shot. Look at how easy Wade got a switch in the last play of OT. You tell me Lebron can't manufacture something like that with the playmaking skills he have? He scared.

OKC still playing very well and may bag this pivotal game 5 against SA.

Mukhang mas OK na un OKC vs MIA battle of explosive players Westbrook and Durant vs Wade and LBJ.
Kung SA ksi better against BOS para battle of old teams.

Seems Lebron was looking to pass. Mas maluwag sa kaliwa, and he went right.

He just didn't want to force that shot with 3 defenders on his face. Remember he did hit that 3 to tie the game at 89-all less than  a minute to go in regulation. Give him credit for taking that shot in the clutch.. Had he passed on that 3, then it would be a different story.. would be clear "choke" time for him..

Meantime.. SAS just won't go away.. ganda ng laban...  ;D

Nakakainis talaga si Westbrook. 9 out of 24 ATTEMPTS! Siya ba ang runner-up sa MVP Voting? Yun ang problem kay Westbrook, gustong makipagsabayan kay Tony Parker sa scoring.
