It is what it is ..... Westbrook is a natural scoring PG - with alpha scoring tendencies to boot. He is a fit since the team's core is young ..... plus being fast/dynamic and somewhat unpredictable is a huge part of OKC's team character.

Greg Popovich said as much, that he considered OKC as the hardest team to prepare for (as quoted earlier by the broadcast team).

Now, in the unlikely event that OKC fail in the Finals ..... Westbrook will probably be the easiest to "blame" by the press due to various reasons.

Some veteran-laden elite team or those on the cusp of joining the elite (say, top 4 in your conference), might closely consider trading a young gun like Westbrook for a "more" stable PG.

Kinda like the SAC KINGS a few years before they had their glorious run among the West's elite (e.g. Webber, Divac, Peja, Baobby J., Cristie, etc) ..... they had a hotshot PG in Jason "White Chocolate" Williams who had the passing flair and can score in spots.

But SAC GM Petrie saw the need for a more stable PG ..... thus he traded Williams for a rising Mike Bibby, who helped them contend for many years.

Thats what i thought, i was just wondering why the coach could not be of huge influence in having RW get settled down, he reminds me much of Iverson though during his prime, he was very volatile yet very dependable as well, in the case of RW, he seems to be a ball hog but not consistent, if he gets to settle down and plays controlled game, mukhang mabigat na talagang tapatan ang OKC.

thinking out loud, would  a steve nash be a good fit for OKC? is it even possible? maganda sigurong maging mentor ni RW si nash

read somewhere that Jason Kidd (if he doesn't return to Dallas next season) might be a good fit and move RW to SG.

that's assuming Jason Kidd would accept less $$$ to sign with the WC champs.

RW is an undersized SG playing the role of a PG.

if he would move to the 3 spot, how would he defend bigger and taller SG's?

magsama-sama silang lahat dun. :D ;D

in other news, the Charlotte Bobcats are reportedly shopping around the no.2 pick in this year's draft.

but the asking price is too much.

Amidst all this hoopla of OKC vs. Boston/Miami, I can't help but wonder what's going on in the Phoenix GM's mind.. Will he still get Steve Nash for next season, or will he do what's right and let his ultimate employee join a title contender, so he can have that Ring?

Steve Nash is still ballin' crazily awesome at 40.. I'm sure he can still contribute to a title contender, and I don't want him to retire without a title. He's too good not to have won at least one.
The same can be said of Grant Hill siguro?

si steve nash naman kasi yung problema, masyado syang ma pride. the gm can't decide nash' fate, since wala din naman sinasabi si nash na gusto nya lumipat ng team.

nash does not show any fire in him to get his 1st ring mukhang ok na sya mag retire na ringless.

Scott Brooks and the OKC organization wont really mind how RW plays for as long as they are winning with him.

Game slipping away from BOS. Ang daming TOs sa second half. Saka parang kulang sa energy, except for Rondo.
