What OKC is facing here is an underrated defensive team.  I think people forget that Miami's defense is second to none in this series.  Miami has shut down the offense of OKC for two consecutive games to the tune of 96 ( game 2 ) and a measly 85 in game 3.  I said "measly" because OKC is the best offensive team in the postseason with an average of 100.3 ppg.

I keep saying over and over, "DEFENSE WINS GAMES".

Tama si steelcrazy, hindi mananalo ang OKC if they can't shoot more than 100 pts in a game.  In game 1 they scored 105 and they won, remember?  OKC beat the Spurs because they shot high.

And one more thing -- they shouldn't put Durant on Lebron anymore in this series.  Result?  Durant 5 fouls.  Durant can't guard Lebron.  Nobody can guard Lebron from OKC.  So let Durant preserve himself for a better offensive game.  He was shooting bricks in the crucial moments of Game 3.  Assign someone else to Lebron.  Maybe Sefolosha will do a better job.

I see OKC coming back strong for Game 4.  Scott Brooks is such a brilliant coach and I'm sure he will make adjustments.  Interesting to see who he puts on LBJ.

But I'm gonna go with Miami for Game 4.  Momentum is on their side.  They will play in a different level next game and take that commanding 3-1 lead.

Brooks should rotate Sefolosha and Harden on guarding Lebron and let Durant face Wade/Chalmers. Sefolosha should be the main defender since he does a great job defending Lebron.

I am learning to love LBJ now because he has proven himself to be worthy the past 3 games!   :D

Congrats to the Heat!

LBJ is playing great.  And Durant is now the new choker in games 2 & 3 ...

Whatever happened to the team that navigated through the West playoff minefield? Even Durant was guilty of taking a terrible shot, a runner against James in the final minute that wasn't even close. After his 17-point Picasso in the final quarter of Game 1, this was the second straight game Durant, guarded by James, didn't have an answer in the fourth. After missing a short jumper near the buzzer in Game 2 -- OK, there was some contact -- Durant missed four of six shots in the fourth and scored four points.

Funny but if it were Lebron who did this, he gets blamed right away.  But since it's not him and someone named Durant, OK lang.  Pag si Lebron choker.  Pag si Durant malas lang.  Ayos ba? ;D

Full article here :  http://www.nba.com/2012/news/features/shaun_powell/06/17/finals-game3-analysis/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt1  where Perkins is seemingly blaming other players for the loss.  Perkins, apparently the only player along with Fisher with championship experience.

during the first round of the playoffs, when Lebron was kicking my Knicks where it hurt the most, napabilib na ako.

wouldn't it be better if he was wearing a Knicks uniform? ;D

naku, baka every single negative post about him here, sasagutin ko.  :D

WTH is Brooks thinking? given na dapat yan even before the series started.

Sefalosha is their best perimeter defender IMHO.

nadali na naman ang okc sa isang close game and lbj is really playing on MVP level. brooks needs to adjust on how to play lbj. kung ako coach i'll put thabo/serge then sag as if playing a zone. let lbj take many jumpshots as he could but prevent him from getting layups.

didn't watch the game earlier, but nung nalaman ko na panalo ang Miami and now up 2-1..

sabi ko.. OKC ain't in a bad position, meron naman ibang teams down 2-1 before but eventually won the series. ;D

silent heat fan here, but i am happy how this heat grind out the wins the last two games. i am just amazed at how easy the thunder can come back at the crucial moments of both games, some breaks here and there and it could have been okc on top of those two games.

so i still can't discount okc winning it all, but as a heat fan, you can't ask for more at this point and its better that they are up 2-1 than being behind.

a very hard two games more to go...

uy bakit naman sir? ;D Miami heat uniform is one of my favorites in the NBA specially their red "away" unifrom (i don't like the black one). one of the reasons also why i like Miami. Mordern but simple.

It looks stinky and hot and dirty.  Parang walang gagawing mabuti.  Hahaha  Oh well, kaya nga "Heat" diba.   ;D

The same way I never liked the Detroit Pistons during their dynasty years.  hehehe
