I have a concern regarding the 30 day exchange policy of this red carpet service. the tv I just bought encountered an issue and according to the technician, the panel/module had to be replaced. My tv is under a month old and should have been under the 30 day exchange policy. Shouldn't LG replace the unit with a new one instead of replacing the panel alone?  ???
