guys im a noob in HT. i still dont have an amp. can you recommend a 3.1 setup for me. and im really on a tight budget so if you can specify the price i would be more thankful. thanks gurus! :) my budget is around 20k

2010 model pioneer receivers have a big price drop. you might want to check them out.
