Pioneer VSX820 and Bose speaker problem
« on: Nov 27, 2011 at 11:26 PM »
My sis in-law has Bose Acoustimass speakers and a Yamaha amp. The combination sounds really good. We recently change the amp to a Pioneer VSX-820 and was suprised on how BAD it sounded. I'm using the same amp with my Diamond 10.1s and they sound excellent.

I was wondering if anyone has had the same experience using these two brands together. ???

Thanks for any input!

Baka sa settings lang ng pioneer. Have you tried using the MCACC?

Not yet sir. We were just expecting good sound out of the box just like what happened with mine. Actually, i haven't even used the MACC yet on my Pioneer and it already sounds good.

Thanks for the advice. If ever I can convince her to give it another try, I'll do what you suggested.  ;D

Iba kasi specs and sound ng diamond vs bose. So mag-iiba din talaga ang tunog. Magaganda naman ang mga current AVRs out of the box, pero after auto calibation.
