Nagsimula sa pag-re-research at pagbili ng best bang-for-buck LCD sa pdvd noong 2007...lurk mode ngayong 2011 sa ht gallery at halos mamatay sa inggit...at ngayo'y sumubok bumuo ng isang bang-for-buck budget home theater

I'm sure may iba pang mas ok na budget ht set-up kaysa dito pero super duper satisfied kami ni wifey sa ginawa ko kahit stock palang lahat

@Louie_18: salamat ulit sir sa subwoofer!!!!! haha nakakahiya rin kasi wala akong alam sa pag setup eh

@Furry: 3 at a time lang po kinakabit ko...naka batch naman media ko so madaling tandaan alin ang kailangan ikabit. For the wiring naman, dumaan sa pader at floor lahat...may banana wall plates ako for all the speakers except the subwoofer (nakalimutan ko gumawa ng provision for that!)

Salamat mga sir!!!

May problem ako with this setup pala na sana makatulong ang mga bosing dito: medyo manipis na kahoy kasi yung ceiling ko. Tapos above this room is the room of my sis. Kahit nung wala pa akong subwoofer medyo dinig yung bass notes sa room ng sis ko. Ngayong may sub na, yumayanig na room niya :

Is there a way that I can dampen the effect of the bass na pwede kong ilagay sa loob ng ceiling? Ayaw ko po kasi sana maglagay ng pang dampen ng sound sa room itself...I was thinking baka pwede sa loob ng ceiling? TIA po

Yup yup landed cost na po yung 115k

Kailangan lang abangan na naka sale yung speakers...mga every 2 weeks naman they put those speakers on sale kasi newegg exclusive yung mga series 2 na polk monitors. Tapos I used a combination of UMAC and Forex cargo for shipping depende kung sino yung may mas murang quote for each box size. Yung projector and receiver murang mura sa amazon compared dito pero siyempre you sacrifice the possible aftersales issues that may arise.

Wow! Very nice and clean setup bro Mick! I wish I had that space for my setup (not to mention the nice gears). Ngayon naintindihan ko na baket di mo magamit yung projector ceiling mount. Hehehe. Salamat nga pala for the mount!

Now be prepared for the dreaded SARS and mangkukulams of this awesome community!

Salamat po mga sirs! Dito ko rin naman sa pdvd natutunan lahat kung paano linisin ang wires (kaso nakalimutan ko subwoofer cable kainis!)

Nag shop lang ako online sa monoprice for all the plugs, cables and wall plates that i needed para matago lahat ng wires sa pader...overhaul din talaga dapat yung room para matago lahat. Pinatistis ko talaga lahat ng pader sa room para maglagay ng pipes to accomodate all the wires (lalo na yung hdmi cable from receiver to projector.) Room renovation started nung September pa...now lang natapos kasi super busy

Very nice setup! Well planned!

Dami siempre na magawang improvement but do it slowly & deliberately. I suggest gawa ka ng DIY bass traps muna.

@streetsmart: salamat sir! gusto ko nga po sana mag bass traps kaso di siya magugustuhan aesthetically ni wifey kaya ang recourse ko nalang is yung rockwool sa ceiling para naka tago. Ganun po ba talaga kalaki ang effect ng bass traps? Kita ko nga sa thread dito na marami nang gumawa nun eh

Gusto ko nga po sana black ang main wall eh kaso hindi naman maganda yun for a bedroom so ito yung next best na naisip ko

Yun nga lang kailangan mo magpalit ng receiver or magdagdag ng power amp to drive the LSi15
