mga sir, nasira yung power transistor ng au-d707 ko..

pwede kaya pampalit sa sanken nma1216 and nmc1216 yung mj21193 and mj21194?
meron na ko mabibilihan nung replacement kaya lang wala ako makita datasheet ng original sankens..
any idea sir kung pwede nga yung ON na transistor? or may alam kayo na mas magandang pangreplace?

2sc5200 at 2sa1943 available sa newport at electromark less than 100 each....

My Sansui au-707 now in working condition. Kahapon ng umaga ko iniwan sa technician at kaninang 5pm gumagana na xa.

isa 'to sa nakitang problema ng technician.

Mahirap daw i-trace ang problema kasi gumagana nman daw sa tester pero kapag kinabit na eh hndi daw nagbibigay ng kuryente.

the mjl21194/21193 have the same casing as the 2sc5200 and 2sa1943, and these japanese trannies are better in terms of gain linearity (beta droops) and frequency response than even the original trannies in your sansui.....

yes sir,MJL21194/21193 is to-3pl package (same as 2sc5200/2sa1943) and MJ21194/21193 is to-3..

Mga sir. Meron po bang mabibilhan ng STK3102IV para sa Marantz PM-80 ko? Meron xang sound output pero after 3-5 seconds nawawala. Tingin ko yun ang sira kasi kalimitan daw sa model na 'to yung STK ang problema.

Decided to get back into the hobby after a couple of years of time off

Rather than having my Luxman amp in storage repaired, I thought of looking up some items in the market section. Unfortunately, I missed out on this deal http://www.pinoydvd.com/index.php/topic,173455.0.html

To cheer myself up, called in sick to work last Monday

and headed to the Pier (boy, did I miss that place). After countless "ano hanap mo, boss?" and going through all the familiar stores, with no hopes of finding a gem really, I stopped by this store that sells mainly sewing machines with a few amps on display. Still nothing. Pero napansin ko sa katabing store may mga amps na mukhang for repair lahat. Tingin-tingin lang and underneath the pile of amps and literary nasa pinakababa....BULAGA! Sansui AU-D907

technician: Yung iba gawa na, sir.
parasmi: Saan dyan yung mga sira?
technician: Yung naka hilera dun (pointing to where the Sansui is placed)

technician: Ah yung 907? (aba! alam nya) OK na yun, sir
