Green spots on Samsung LCD. - Resolved - updated

Would like to ask for your input guys.  I have a 3 year old Samsung Series 5 32" LCD. Just recently, I noticed Green spots all over the tv, its not permanent like dead pixels parang mga "heat signature". Madalas nawawala naman pero ngayon mas matagal siya than usual. Any idea guys?

My husband tried to research online and found a forum where this problem was discussed. We found a couple of posts suggesting cleaning the cable via an air compressor that looks like a ribbon connecting the T con (I think) and AV Board (Again am not sure). We did just that and the problem was resolved. Of course my husband was quite nervous while fixing it but we experienced no problem so far. ;D.
