my take on this,
kung public figure ka, i think no choice ka?since public figure ka e.. thats why may mga resto na may "vip rooms"..
pag private figure ka naman, i think you may tell the resto youre eating na may nagvivideo, they should either ask that person their reason for videoing you..., i mean, security should be a part of their service..
ang alam ko kasi, you also have the right to refuse being videod.. kaya nga pag sa mga tv shows, they blur out the faces...
Tama ka dyan , bro. Public personalities, politicians, etc., within a public setting ata can be photographed or video recorded without liability. Unless they ask you to stop. It's your right not to stop pero that's up to you.
Kapag private individual ka na hindi naman public figure or personality, no one has the right to document your image extensively. Kahit nga ilang segundo lang, kung ramdam mo na ayaw mo masama sa recording you can ask to be deleted/blurred out.
Celebrity ka ba o Public Figure? Kung hindi, it's your right to stop someone from recording you.
Like it or not, Tulfo's a journalist. He did what normal journalists do -- Record an ongoing event at a public space.
