Pinakita ni Tulfo the pics he took.... walang kwenta nga kasi nakatalikod or nakatagilid naman si Claudine. And if indeed those were just pictures, hindi majujustify sa pic na nagmumumura nga si Claudine sa staff ng airline. Unless "video" talaga yung nakuhaan ni Tulfo... ayun for sure, wasak ang career ni Claudine, kung may natitira pa.

i agree.. you pay peanuts.. you get monkeys..

you get what you pay for.. budget airlines = high volume traffic = higher risk of booboo...

dito papasok ang premium airlines.. mahal ang binayad pero better service.

when our luggage was delayed (put on another flight), it resulted to wasting that first day in Boracay (my kid had to "swim" in the bathtub, instead of the beautiful beach or pool of the resort). but two things kept me cool:

1) mabait naman yung ground crew ... "pasensiya na po", etc. etc., tapos ang usapan. pero i think mabait yun kasi taga Aklan siya. e Manilan kaya? kung sungitan ako nun, baka magiskandalo din ako dun.

2) because mabait siya, i was calm enough to THINK and evaluate na kahit sakalin ko sa airport yung ground crew, hindi mapapasakin ang baggage ko ng mas maaga.

in conclusion, i'm sure MALI SILANG LAHAT. mag royal rumble na lang sila. ground crew + CB + santiago + pink man + tulfo 1 to 4.

baka yung ground staff rin kasi ng cebu pac ay hindi trained at equipped para sumagot sa mga tanong ng customers. usually kasi dyan lalo umiinit ulo ng customers pag walang alam yung mga tao. so hula ko baka nagkamali ng sagot yung staff. or maybe not. di ko rin alam.

Mike did you happen to check in near the cut off time? I suspect that delayed baggage are those who arrive nearing the cut off. FIFO kasi sila.

Ground crew ang tatarayan e ano naman ang magagawa nila maliban sa magpaliwanag at humingi ng dispensa? Walang pinag-iba sa isang messenger na inutusan lang para sumalo ng talsik ng laway mula sa nagrereklamong tumanggap ng bagahe o sulat. Ganun din sa teller ng tollgate na pagbuntungan ng galit ng motorista dahil sa palpak na kalsada.

hindi sir. i'm always way early. all the passenger's baggage of all the flights that day were that way. people on the small planes, all baggages to the big plane going to Aklan. (they did not inform anybody about this, before, during or after)

I totally disagree with this. Right to Privacy doesn't mean that you have to be a private individual and that you have to be in your house or any place private. Even if you're in a public place, your right to privacy is still there and no one has the right to bug you much less take your photo without your consent. Tulfo's lawyer should dig deeper on the meaning of this right. Sabi nga ni Claudine, is it worth all this trouble just for a scoop? On this point alone, I kinda agree with her.
