^ Current team has Ca[nce]rmelo Anthony, Russel Westbrick and André Igoudala.

Debate is over. 1992 Dream Team Wins.

ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith keeps bashing Lin about not playing during the playoff because Lin said he was at 85% only. That was misunderstood by a lot of fans and construed as being selfish.

A lot of hate right now from the NYK fans for Lin leaving the Knicks but here's a better side of the story coming from JLin himself. In short, no contract was offered by the Knicks at the onset!

Lin opens up about leaving Knicks: 'Honestly, I preferred New York'

knicks just didnt handle the situation properly. Lin felt he wasnt wanted in new york with all the signings done and no offer from the Knicks. At the end of the day NYK fans need to realize that Lin need to lookout for himself get him possibly the best offer he could get. the knicks had the chance to match the offer but they didnt. as a restricted FA its not Lin's fault.

NBA Stars led by Pip and Rodman beat the PBA stars last night.

But it was Jason Williams, the White Chocolate, who stole the limelight with fancy passes, three point shots and overall leadership.  Bata pa kasi si Williams at only 36 years old. ;D  He was the top scorer for the NBA with 28 points.

Kenneth Duremdes topscored with 29 points.

Lakers add Jamison

http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/story/_/id/8178315/source-antawn-jamison-join-los-angeles-lakers-one-year-deal

His 17 pt / 6 reb average from last year should go down if he comes off the bench. But he'll give that second unit some scoring punch.

If the Knicks knew about handling anything properly, they wouldn't have signed Melo nor Amare ;D And to JRSmith, Linsanity sells, you don't.

^ Another nice article on NY's poor handling of the Jeremy Lin situation:

http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/8174968/jeremy-lin-leaving-new-york-knicks-james-dolan-blundered-again

I hope he does well in Houston. Could be the ideal situation for him.

Unless they swing a deal for Dwight Howard (and other MAGIC albatross contracts) .... the ROCKETS still wont make the playoffs this season ...... might even fall into the West's bottom 5.

Jeremy Lin and the other young guns will make it entertaining though.

the knicks organization has had quite a history of poor decision making and to make matters worse, they have the hardest to please fans. they have been known to boo their team on the court, not the best way to show loyalty to your team. in the past, some have called them fickle minded and time hasn't changed that. i truly feel for any player who dons a Knicks uniform since the good old days of patrick ewing who incidentally was also let go of the Knicks, he still holds the all time record for having the most points, rebounds, steals and blocks in Knicks history. he is also the only player to ever play a thousand games for the knicks. they should have just let him play his last games as a knick. since then, the team has been on a downward spiral.

A lot of people criticized that move of letting Ewing go. Talk about loyalty to your players. I think it was Seatle who got Ewing from New York.

They'll improve ..... but still not enough to make the playoffs IMO.

In no particular order ...... the HEAT, BULLS, PACERS, CELTICS, NETS, KNICKS, 76'ers & MAGIC (if Howard is somehow retained).

If Howard does get traded to a Western team ..... MAGIC likely falls out of the playoffs, with either the BUCKS or HAWKS (still decent sans Johnson & Williams) making it.

tama pag hindi lumipat si Howard makakapasok pa sila, IMO mahihirapan na sila pumasok sa playoffs this season, wala na si Brand sa kanila, ganun din ang Hawks, wala ng Johnson and Crawford..ang Bucks naman i don't think Ellis will carry his team to the playoffs.
