Half Time
US 56
Australia 42

I hate Lebron, but seeing him play like this, dang, he's really good,
GREAT passer, good scorer,...

LBJ is a very talented player though i don't like him too. his criticisms lie not with his talent but with his heart and end game decision making.

Awesome game by Team USA...
pag may malas sa kanila, other would step up,...

Bring on Argentina again,...

and he can definitely lead the team to rally,...  ;D

Prior to this game, Lebron James (232 pts) just surpassed Charles Barkley (231) for most U.S. points in Olympics.  He now trails Michael Jordan (256) and David Robinson(280).

With his 11 points now, LBJ has 243 pts and 13 points behind His Airness.  And oh, triple double by LBJ - 11-14-11, the FIRST in Olympic history ;D  Damn.

As I keep saying, we haven't seen the best of Lebron.  Now that the guy's getting more confident and hopefully the negative criticisms are off his back, he's A Game is about to explode yet.  So it's truly scary for the other teams and really interesting for both fans and non fans.  Records will be shattered as he plays the game of basketball.  He is indeed taking this game to another level.  LBJ is on his way to rewrite the history of NBA ;D

Oh great game by the Mamba with back to back to back three's.  Just after I mentioned in the past thread that he's not suited for olympic games with his brand of play, Kobe just shut me off with his splendid performance >:(   Typical Kobe.

Sobrang malas si Kobe the past few games, kahit kanina, daming error at daming sablay,
ng makita ay nagtuloy tuloy nga, in a matter of minute naka 20 kaagad sya...

baka nga ganun talaga ang forte ng laro ni James, facilitator. kasi mukang he thrives when he is surrounded by event just decent offensive players. like what happened nung recent NBA finals na he would dribble drive then dish out

Lebron is a modern day Magic Johnson.  He can post up, play center and do point guard. His game has evolved since he entered in 2003.

Read this article:

But then again, don't count the Mamba out.  He will prove you wrong time and time again.

Pinanganak siyang may rhythm. ;)

i was able to watch the whole game vs AU, yung US team kaya nila fast pace for the whole game. sa 1st half sumasabay pa yung iba pero pagdating sa dulo kinakapos na. most games ng US bumubulusok sa 2nd half.

jordan didn't need to score big with the dream team, he was never near the top of the team in scoring wherein he averaged around just 12ppg. brakley led the team with around 16ppg and it was spread through every member even christian laettner. they shared the ball, set screens, ran pick & rolls, back door cuts, rebounded, threw outlet passes, and defended as a team. they ran whatever chuck daly drew up. players back then players knew how to use screens, cut to the basket and move well without the ball. the only criticism for the 92 dream team was they have the tendency to over pass  :D

It's a foregone conclusion long before naman.  There will only be one Jordan.  And I think Kobe accepts that.  But the guy just plays his game, period.

And even Jordan himself admitted that Kobe is the only one deserving of the comparison to him.  That's good enough for the Mamba.   A great honor indeed.

Thanks MJ :  http://www.lakersnation.com/lakers-news-michael-jordan-says-kobe-deserves-comparisons/2012/01/17/

LBJ continues to be a monster. Di na alam ng mga kalaban sino babantayan nila.. previously it was Melo who exploded, then Durant.. and now you have the King leading the pack.. nice! :)

Scary in what way? He will avg. triple double for the season? He will avg. 45 points in a season? He will be the first to win 15 championships? He will be the first to get 100 rebounds in a game?  I think this scary thing is more of kasi ang daming Lebron bashers and haters. We don't give him enough credit!! People admiring Lebron just wanna say hey mali kayo, kainin mo na yun hate niyo kay Lebron. :D ;D  I just love this superhuman thing with Lebron.  :P I mean there are so many great players sa NBA, its just ridiculous to say or imply this guy is "Freak of nature" or "Super Human." "3 players in one body" I mean Kareem played till like 40 years old and that can be a freak of nature thing or superhuman. :D Super payat pa siya. Yun scary lang sa akin are Lebrons' tattoos. :D ;D

Lebron is a great player naman talaga. Pero parang sobrang sobra ang praise sa kanya that he will be invincible or something. :D

Opinion ko lang.

Stop the Lebron hate, jokes and chokes.. time to move on to another player.. haha! :)

I'll give it another shot for the game this Saturday early morning against Argentina.

Parang nakakatakot makalaban ang Russia and they already beat the Spaniards. Swerte ng Minnesotta for bringing in Kirilenko for the next season.

i bet andrew bynum would have a breakout season if he goes to the sixers.

medyo lugi ata lakers if they let go of pau also. although he has been really soft this past 2 years. iggy + dh12 na lang. hehehe. i wish.  ;D
