Was a bit surprised to see the level of play na ipinakita ni Gasol during the GOLD medal game vs. USA,
he was pretty aggressive and dominant, a far cry nung mapanuod namin sya here vs. the Nuggets,
he was lanky and really slow, maiinis kang makita na walang motivation lumaro,.. I was actually rooting
for him to be traded, but my brother told me na ayaw daw ni Magic Johnson na itrade itong Gasol,
according to him, hindi lang daw tama ang position na ibinibigay sa kanya ng coach,... Seeing him during the Olympics, I guess Magic was right to keep him, seems the Spanish coach knows where to put him at his best...

Brown put him in a role last year as more of a facilitator on the high post rather than a low post operator which he is. Now that they have Nash he goes back to low block. With one of the best offensive facilitators in the business expect him to get more high percentage shots this year rather than last year. Pau tried real hard to contribute last year given his role. We usually saw him take 10 to 15 ft shots and sometimes from beyond the arc as well which clearly is not his game.

Exactly,... He wasn't a huge factor last season, hope the changes in the current line up would bring the best out of him, he was pretty strong and aggressive during the Olympics,... Cheers,..!

Unique nga, sya lang ang star na kailangan ng dalawa pang star para magchampion. At least KG, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce did that in the twilight of their careers. And they were traded pa, not FA acquisitions.
