Derek Fisher works out with Lakers

http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2012/09/18/free-agent-fisher-works-out-with-lakers/

Kulit nito ah, but I think if Fish is indeed  comin' back,  he will be a stabilizer, in case Nash and Kobe can't exist very well, there will always be Fish as a back up...

I don't think Nash and Kobe will have any problems. They're both competitors and know both will do what it takes to win. If the LAkers sign Fish, he's gonna be more of a mentor perhaps and another "coach".

I hope you are right, Kobe kasi likes the ofense to go through him, and although Nash has a ton of assists a night, he is a ball hog on a sense that he has the ball in his hands for a good amount of time while creating an excellent play.  Sana magkaroon ng epiphany si coach brown para mapagalaw nya ang LA stars...

Kobe has matured already, nasa twilight na sya ng career nya,
and somehow, iisa ang hinahabol nila talaga, another RING,
i'm pretty sure they will co-exist quite well,...

I used to hate Kobe like there is no tomorrow, but eversince Scottie Pippen retired and Lebron showed more attitude, Kobe grew on me and somehow I just started to like the guys competitiveness, no matter how much people hate him for immitating MJ.  I think Kobe still has a great 2-3 years and where he will win a 6th ring.  However I don't think he will stop until he gets a 7th, he really wants to top MJ's 6.

nah. He's good. Anyone who's been a student of the triangle wouldnt have trouble sharing the ball. If anything, im more concerned about Nash possibly not having more of the ball if ever the Princeton offense is really taken seriously by the LAkers. But then again, Jason Kidd seemed to have success with that offense on New Jersey.

D-Fish going back to the lakers, okay na rin yan para after playing career niya eh pwede na siya mag Assistant Coach sa lakers. pero first things first, LA needs to win a couple more rings before KB24 retires. =)

The Spurs' new alternate road uniforms:

Parang practice jersey lang 'to. No team name. Pale gray color. The most boring team in the NBA is taking "boring" to a new level.    :D
We deserve better.

I sorta like the simplicity of the Spurs alternate unis. Like Brooklyn's uniform, it grabs attention by being simple, not flashy. That's why, for me, those old LAkers and Celtics uniforms are just classic. Team color, team name, number and that's it. The players provide all the flash.

LAkers going 73-9? Never gonna happen. 74-8...now were talking. MWP be trollin. I find it funny how Chicago is even mentioned on the same breath as the LAkers. Talk to us when you've had your 10th title. Until then, settle down.

i'll hold on to this quote till the end of the season.  >:D i don't think dynasty is what we're talking about here but just having the most wins in a season. and with LA's current lineup it might be possible ON PAPER. in actual settings i doubt it, it takes mental toughness, discipline and legitimate desire to win that much games and sorry i just don't see it with the Lakers. 73 wins?! let's add all the ingredients.

ineffective coach brown + primadonna howard + inconsistent gasol + volatile world peace + ageing nash + ballhog kobe = 73 wins?

Jeezuz H Krist! Can someone give the guy common sense or what? It's times like this that I forget the internet is accessible to special kids as well. I won't even justify explaining. It's too funny to spoil his seriousness with this.

I'm reading in an online forum that an LA team is gonna get an alternate uniform as well. Please gawd don't let it be the LAkers. I hate the Sunday whites as is and don't want a new uni...except if it's a road black like this:

Still lots of NBA career opportunities for 7 footers who can play around 5 to 15 minutes per game and be productive in that time span.

I cant help but compare the guy to sam bowie, unbelievable potential but busted out due to injury.  Darko though had a bad first year coach in Larry Brown who is not into developing players, lalo na sa big men.

Larry Brown doesn't play rookies ...... however, I don't think any coach could have done significant development for a rookie Darko - who was way over-hyped leading up to the draft.

Teams then, were on a very active lookout for the next Euro mobile-big ..... since many were perplexed with the emergence of Dirk Nowitzki .... many got busts instead e.g. Milicic, Tskitishvili, etc.

GM Joe Dumars has recently admitted that scouting then was far inferior to what it is today ..... it's a good thing that his team won it all during that year (2004).

yeah nabasa ko din yan sa LG & i'm also not a fan of the white alternates. i remember even phil jackson said that the lakers "look like little elves and fairies" in their sunday whites. but that black jersey is sick. kung magkakaroon man ng black alternates sana ganyan na ganyan yung design. that would be awesome. kung hindi siguro lakers, yung clippers blue alternates siguro yan.
