Daming Lakers fan di ako makacomment. Haha! Congrats na lang kay KD for his first Triple Double. :P

The first of many.  I think KD will just get better and better every year.  Aside from Lebron, KD will be the face of the NBA long after Kobe is gone...

Kobe has 20-11rebs-10assist.  Hanep ;D  If he keeps playing this way, he just might get another MVP!

Wow ha!

Wow ha!

Actually Kobe finished with 11 assists.  I hope he adds this to his arsenal.  Everytime he passes the ball well, they win!

I beg to differ.

The LAkers badly needed more points than the Rockets and found the ball going in the rim more which made a huge difference in securing the W.

Kobe scored, rebounded and not surprisingly, passed the ball. The assists, according to sources close to Kobe i made up for this analysis, disclosed boredom as being a major factor in distributing the offense. That and the fact that he no longer has Mike Brown trying to make him give up the ball againt his will by intalling a team-based offensive sets, which, Bryant describes as "sure coach, whatever"

And yes, Kobe limited media darling Jeremy Lin by giving him a mild version of the Black Mamba "death stare" Sadly for fans courtside, no cool flames were seen bursting on the background.

'Yun lang naman ang ayaw ko kay Kobe, 'yung pagiging bwakaw. If he shares the ball with his teammates like the way he did on their last game I might like him again. 'Yun nga lang baka mawalan ng career si Steve Nash sa LA  ;D.

Kobe admits that he is a scorer, not a playmaker. Pag scoring SG ka, talagang bwakaw ka kasi mentality mo is to score, not to pass. :D

As for that triple-double, Bryant didn't think much of it.

"I'm a scorer, I'm not a triple-double player," Bryant said.

If Kobe was a ballhog, so is Michael Jordan ;D

Read on :  http://sports.yahoo.com/news/kobe-bryant-ball-hog-then-michael-jordan-fans-212400116--nba.html

The stats presented here were before the NBA 2012-13 Season.  So if Kobe keeps playing this way, and jacks up more triple double more than his quota of 1 per season, then by the end of season, Jordan would be the bigger ball hog than the Mamba.

Lesson of the story :  It's OK to be a ball hog ;D  Result?  6 rings for MJ.  5 (going 6) for Kobe.

I don't get it.  What did Jeremy Lin do to merit such a stare down from Kobe?  Can someone explain why?  I found it a little bit "arrogant".

Lin flopped and Kobe was called for a foul. Watched the game live yesterday. Kobe went for the steal and once Lin felt the slightest hint of contact, he immediately fell down.

the staredown was more of "are you serious, you fell down because of that?"

I watched it live too.  Lin flopped?  I thought there's a violation for flopping.  Is that in effect?  Or was it Kobe "thought" Lin flopped and did the stare down?  Anyway, maybe it's just me siding with Asians.  I remember Jawo ( I'm giving away my age here ) version of "are you serious, you fell down because of that?" Jawo doing some "gay actions" with his hand and hips telling the other player "are you gay?"  Mas malala pa pala yun kay Jawo.  hahahah...

Warriors have won 3 of the last 4. Harrison Barnes is playing great (19 ppg, 11.3 rpg) in those three wins  8)

Can't wait till Bogut comes back healthy.

5-reasons-the-lakers-shouldnt-trade-pau-gasol[/size]]http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1414394-5-reasons-the-lakers-shouldnt-trade-pau-gasol

I agree!  Keep GASUL in the lineup.

"It's not just Pau's presence on the floor that matters here. Per NBA.com, Gasol has assisted on 11 of Howard's 46 assisted field goals. That's second on the team behind only Kobe Bryant's 13 assists to Howard. These stats only reinforce what our eyes already tell us: Pau Gasol is looking for Howard on many of the Lakers' sets and setting him up for easy baskets."

Here's the current injury list.. That wolves team is really banged up.
Kung pwede lang sana i-off ang injury this season, we'll surely have more fruitful discussion. :D
