And to show how hard it is in the NBA to make up games.....even with the win, LA doesn't make a dent in catching up with Portland, Houston and Utah. It's still status quo as those 3 teams have won their games as well.

In the east, even w/ NY having a 5 game win streak, they still can't catch Miami for the best record in the East. Boston behind the Bucks by only 1.5 games for the 7th seed, still can't catch Mil even w/ a 4 game win streak.

Lakers just need to win as many games as they can then bahala na si Batman.

Making the playoffs is really out of their hands.

According to reports, Pau heard a pop when he injured his foot. That's never a good sign. It's just one thing after another for this Lakers team. Just can't get a break.

Maganda talaga ang blending ng old veterans at role players ni Coach Pop.

Nice win by the Lakers.
Gasol playing well w/o DH12 perhaps DH12 should be the one coming off the bench.

Thats with Duncan and Popovich sitting out games pa.... Hopefully this season, age doesnt catch up with them sa post season... which usually happens

Gasol's MRI reveals a partial tear in his plantar fascia. Out at least 6 weeks. Jackpot talaga LA this season. An earlier post summed this up perfectly - just when the Lakers were starting to play well, injuries derail their chances of sustaining their momentum. Still hoping for the best, but trying to keep it real: making the playoffs now is highly improbable.

Too bad about Gasol. Out of this disaster of a season, Gasol and Clark are the only bright spots on the team.That's why I never understood why Pau is being solely blamed for this season's disappointment. If anything it is now apparent Gasol is the player the Lakers can"t afford to lose. It's unfortunate that the most soft spoken person is being made the scape-goat just because he does not loudly & openly complain.

Now we will just see how crucial Pau is when he's out.

not sure pa si DH12 tomorrow kung maglalaro. Dapat talaga dalin n sa operation yong balikat nya para sure na during the game kahit mabalya hindi na sasakit agad agad.. yong rest kasi parang baliwa.. pag na balya na naman so another rest na naman.

Latest interview nya 75% daw siya. He did say he won't play until he really is 100%. So take that with a grain of salt.
