Maybe because LAL goes into the season with a superstar lineup and yet they are struggling to make it to the 8th spot. Maybe that's why dpogs claim it's nakakahiya. Well if you come to think of it. It is indeed.

Sayang naman >:(  Utah, Portland and Houston all lost today so a win by the Lakers would have been a HUGE step considering Miami pa kalaban.  It would've been quite an emotional victory.

Unfortunately they went up against the Heat with the best player in the planet right now.  As one analyst said, you're only chance against LBJ is if he decides on his own not to "embarass" you.

Well, sorry for Lakers, its this Lebron who showed up:

Lakers actually played well tonight.  Miami was shooting above 50% and LA held close mind you.  Offense was clicking but damn those turnovers in the 4th.  Credit the defense of Miami Heat.  And in the end, no answer for LBJ.

Haha. I guess what he meant was the Laker Pride at stake.  But hey it was up against the defending champs and a team with superstars too like Lebron, Wade, Bosh, Allen.  So I guess hindi naman nakakahiya, dpogs.  Di naman tambak eh.  Mas nakakahiya pa yun sa Boston last time.  At kung natalo against the Bobcats, yun sukdulan na yun hahaha.

Talking about Boston, that was one great game vs Denver.  Boston on a winning streak without Rondo.  I am so envious now of Boston and how they're playing as a team.  Yun heart of a champion andun pa rin.

Grabe talaga maglaro ngayon si LBJ. Pag titignan mo effortless ang laro niya. Hindi siya kumukuha ng forced shot and is playing intelligent basketball. Grabe talaga ang basketball IQ ni LBJ. just like when one of the lakers is going to foul him on the halfcourt to prevent a slam, He tried to take the shot before the foul, too bad the ref's doesn't call it an attempt(It almost went in). even the commentators said it is an act of shooting.

Ang Boston kasi...
1. Nobody cares who takes the most shots.
2. Nobody caees who is the top scorer.
3. Nobody cares how many touches players get.
4. Nobody cares if you start or come of the bench.
5. Everybody is committed to defense from the first five to the last man off the bench...Collins

Yup I think what dpogs meant was the season and not just the Heat game. With 4 all stars Lakers should be contending for the championship....scratch that.  They are at least a lock to make the playoffs. Scratch that as well. Surviving and merely fighting for the 8th seed is indeed nakakahiya which is what dpogs probably was referring to.

i was able to watch the miami vs la game. it was a close fight on the first half. unfortunately ginanahan si james nung 3rd quarter and after nun hindi na nakasabay ang lakers. napansin ko iba talaga maglaro si lebron kapag kalaban si kobe. yes as a laker fan, para sa akin nakakahiya na we are just fighting for a playoff spot. before the season began akala ko kaya nila sumabay sa miami and i was dead wrong.

Opponents this week:

Utah - OKC & Twolves
Houston - Warriors & Clippers
Lakers - Suns & Clippers

My guess would be 1-1 lahat. So that 3.5 game difference remains for the 3rd week.

^^ same here, nakakahiya na rin sa isang banda ang Lakers. Well in my end bago mag start ang season hindi ko naman nilagay sa pedestal ang lakers roster kahit maganda line up nila this seaon.. because I knew need nila mag kakilala ng maayos sa loob ng courd at during the game.. hindi naman agad agad yan like what happen in MIA last 2011.

mag playoff lang masaya na ko at ayan yong expectation ko this season.. sa nangyayari hindi pa ata makakapag playoff kaya as in nakakahiya.

let see hindi pa naman tapos ang regular season!!!! next stop PHX.. one game at time lang

Go Lakers!!!!

sana hindi maglaro si CP :) without CP the Clippers are actually a mess but with him playing the point they are legit contenders.

Napansin ko din 'yun. Parang suki na ata ni LeBron si Kobe kahit noong nasa Cavs pa si LBJ. But I could be wrong  :-\

Despite the loss to Boston yesterday, I'm really impressed with how the Nuggets have been playing. I think they're the dark horse in the West, and are going to be very dangerous in the playoffs. Can go 9-deep in their rotation without a dip in play. I see them getting at least the third seed behind OKC and SAS.
We deserve better.

Yup, there was a verbal tussle indeed between the usually calm Nash and Howard.  Here's the story :

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1525746-lakers-news-dwight-howards-latest-feud-with-steve-nash-should-be-final-straw

Said Nash :  "I don't know. It's been difficult really to get him into that game – running into pick and rolls, diving hard, looking for the ball. We really haven't found that rhythm from him yet."

GET RID OF DWIGHT HOWARD.  He is the weakest link indeed...
