^ this is history.. Not a heat fan, but if the heat surpass the longest winning streak, which is almost half a season.. Can we consider 2013 heat better than the 96 bulls? Excluding playoffs..

The season still needs a title though for comparisons to even be considered.

I break muna nila yung 72-10 brader Allan, hehehe ;D

The longest is 33 right, by the Lakers?

Playoffs should be included and winning it all this year is imperative. LA won it all when they had that streak and so did Chicago when they had that massive season. Breaking the streak without winning it all would be a hollow victory.

this one impresses me more. Only 9 teams were able to beat the Bulls. Baka tsamba pa yung iba dun? Kasali kasi dun Raptors e. I have no idea though how strong the Knicks, Pacers, Heat, Nuggets and Suns were at that time. I know the Magic and Sonics were strong teams during that '95-'96 season. Grade 2 pa lang yata ako nun. hahaha

heat can win 82-0 but if they dont win a ring, then bulls will still be better than them in my book.

now if heat has the longest streak with the ring, pwedeng pagdebatehan..

pero shempre papasok parin ang factors na "how soft the game is now" and there are more teams now (more chances of winning) than the previous decades.. etc..

so technically.. just as 96 bulls shouldnt be compared to the mighty celtics teams that won 8 straight, miami shouldnt be compared the the 96 bulls...

its not apples vs apples...

although the regular season winning streak is an achievement its nothing if they dont win the championship. i think miami should strive sweeping the playoffs :) which has never been done before

Bulls all the way,...
Wala akong ibang hinangaan na team up to now,
That year was a perfect year for the bulls,...
Sila ang basehan ko ng team chemistry and balance,...

It was said that the 72-10 Bulls gave the 2 games to Seattle so they can celebrate in Chicago.

nung time na nag 33-game winning streak yung Lakers, sila Wilt Chamberlain and Jerry West yun. Tinalo lang sila ni Kareem and Oscar Robertson (Bucks, reigning champ). During that time, 18-games pa lang longest winning streak held by the Bucks. And yes, lesser teams, mostly talent-laden yung top teams talaga.

i doubt kung kainin ni lebron si pip..  pip has been known to lock down bigger men... tindi nyan sa defense..

sabi nga nila, if not for pip.. mj wont be the GOAT... nakatulong yan for sure.. mutual benefit!

although.. kung di na nya kaya si lbj... bigla syang magkaka migraine!!

^ Sayang I can't open the picture, but yeah MJ vs. LBJ.. Different position but both are great defensive players so baka low scoring game, hehe.. I'll go for MJ especially when motivated.. :)

Dun ako sa Bulls.  Rodman... the greatest pound for pound rebounder and defender of all time.  Lebron would get frustrated with the Worm's defense.  Kaya bantayan ni Rodman si Lebron court to court for 48mins.  Kahit may OT pa.   :D

Offense kain si pippen pero defense, i will side with pip.  He's fast enough for lbj.  Pag pinostehan naman ni lbj wala nang gagaling pa mag double team kesa sa bulls.  They invented the stifling team defense that boston uses.  And with 4 versatile players tha run and jump like deers, it wont be easy to win via post up play.

Ganda sana if we were to see those two teams at the peak of their powers battle each other in a 7 game series. No holds barred 90's style basketball with handcheck, clothesline and all. Battle of attrition.

Pusta ko goes to the team that won 6 rather than the one that has 1.

There is only one player that resembles closely on how Lebron plays and that is The Magic Man. Pip shut him down in the finals. Yun lumalaro talaga ng any of the 5 positions. Hindi nakaporma kay Pippen.

yun nga lang, si Magic, hindi kasing athletic and kasing laki ni Lebron. Manliliit si Pip kay Le-BJ e. Although I do agree na lock down defender si Pip, I'm still on the fence on whether he can guard Le-BJ. 2k13 na 'to. hahahaha :p

And to add... Lebron has zero post up game. Hahahaha

still think that's true?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CH4AjDgl1Ng

check out his post move here at 0:35 in the highlights of their game against Orlando earlier

http://www.nba.com/games/20130325/MIAORL/gameinfo.html?ls=iref:nbahpgt[0021201049]

i'm not a Lebron fan but to say he has "zero" post moves is just stupid.

awwww...did i hit a sensitive nerve? calm down. for a non-fan, you sure come to his rescue really quick. I guess I'm more of a non-fan than you are. Last I saw him attempt a post move, it seemed like crab dribble+ really awkward moves. Your video just proves that he had Hakeem train him.

whether he has been practicing what he learned, I have not seen it. (maybe coz I don't watch him as much as you probably do).

Nevertheless, my comment was actually meant in jest. A pot shot. Not something you need to take seriously and shoot down as stupid. ;)

***edit

Thanks for the vid. just confirms how awkward and unpolished Le-BJ's post up moves are. And so far, most of the highlights i've seen him do are alley-hoops, driving dunks/layups, jumpers. maybe a montage of his great post-up moves will convince me that his zero post-up moves days are gone. :)

i've yet to see it. but again, i'm open-minded and would like to see a montage of such post-up moves.

anyway, as to his unselfishness, that's how he has been since highschool. that's how his motor runs. si Kobe nung high school, hero ball talaga kung hero ball. Rare talaga Magic-type of mentality na superstar. Mostly, Jordan-mentality mga yan.
