Maybe the first five but definitely not a deep bench.  After Mamba, DH12, Nash, MWP, Gasol who do they have?  Blake, Clarke, Jamison, Meeks?  Naaah.  Besides, tama ka Tanders pa.  Kung malalim ang Lakers, Kobe wouldn't play 48 minutes per game....

Pacing na lang talaga ang Miami ngayon... Coach Spo is giving a lot of playing time for the bench players. Nakakatakot na Miami come playoff time nito. May mga supporting cast na sila.

May chance pa din Lakers habang may natitira pang laro yung Utah. hehe. Yun nga lang, paliit ng paliit habang papalapit end ng regular season. Fight for the 8th til the last game siguro mangyayari if manalo pareho Utah and Lakers or pareho silang natatalo

harden with the buzzer beater 3 to win the game

What if matalo pa LAL sa NOH...

Unless Utah makes a run, they're about to lose to OKC and go half game behind LAL again.

As for LAL, this game vs NOH is another gimme.  Should they lose to the 2nd worse team in the WC at home, they should just kiss their playoff hopes goodbye.  This is an important game for LAL and they should close out!

Utah is expected to lose to the Thunder.  The Jazz if they go 2-2 the last 4 games are still in pretty good shape.  And if they indeed go 2-2, Lakers need to go 4-1 including the Hornets game to get the 8th pick.

arruuuy. nagkalat sa second quarter yung Lakers. every second counts for these numbnuts. They can't afford to commit silly mistakes like they did in the second quarter. :D

Lakers led by 10 at the start. And as usual, lost the lead.  I thought they will go for the kill and play with a lot more urgency and desperation.  As I said, NOH is a gimme and they're supposed to win this game especially now that Utah lost.

Remember that last game, humabol ang LA from 25 pt down for the win. Talagang match na match itong dalawang ito.... The Pelicans & Lakers will be the new rivalry!!

saw a few highlights from Utah vs OKC. Ibang klase si Westbrick!!! Kagulo leaping ability. Makes me wonder why he was never considered for the dunk contest before.

Tomorrow's game vs Portland is another must win ;D  As a buffer for a loss against any of the last remaining games (SAS, GSW & HOU).

yeah, sila Steve Smith, Chris Webber and Isaiah Thomas impressed na impressed kay Kobe. They've never seen a 34-year old performing at such a high level, except for MJ daw. That's saying something especially coming from them na talagang former NBA players. Vino nga talaga. Vino Kulafu.haha

If Kobe plays till 40, he's gonna be the No.1 scoring champ for a long time, surpassing Jabbar.  I'll bet he will do that.

The Lakers have not played well in the 2nd game of their back-to-backs this year. And with the kind of effort that they had to exert in today's game just to beat the Hornets (esp. Kobe), it could get ugly tomorrow. Fingers crossed again.

Go Lakers!
We deserve better.

That impression is actually overblown.  There were others who played just as great or even better while lifting their teams atop their respective conferences instead of battling for the 8th spot..

Quote
Given the way Kobe Bryant has performed at 34 years old, there’s a sentiment being formed that he is playing the best basketball of any player in the history of the game at his age. That’s factually incorrect.
