Horrendous season finally over. I wonder if it was better for the Lakers not to have made the playoffs. Instead they get humiliated more and set several dubious records.

Congratulations to the San Antonio Spurs!

Sweep or not, I will still be a Lakers fan...while on paper the roster was formidable, the series of injuries compounded the Lakers' woes this season.

I am very sure next year we'll be back with a vengeance!

Time to rest for Capt. Canada, MWP, Meeks. We're looking forward to KB24's return as he "shows us again"...

It will be tight in the West but it seems it will be SAS vs OKC. In the East, looks like a NYK-MIA showdown.

This is not a fearless forecast but I have a feeling it will be SAS vs NYK in the Finals. This might be TMac's lucky year.

Let's wish all the teams good luck and good health so that the games will really be good and entertaining rather than wish for anyone's downfall...

but the decision has made.. buss & mitch hired a quiter coach. Actually MDA quit in NYK not because of health reason and not because of contract issue. He actually resigned because of the circumstances that there were too many challenges in NYK.

Congrats to the Spurs. If they play their cards right, they have a pretty good chance of advancing to the Finals against Miami. But I think they will really be tested in the next round - whether it's GSW or DEN who advances (but especially if it's Steph Curry and GSW).

As for the Lakers, it was going to take a MAJOR miracle for them to get out of the first round against the disciplined Spurs, what with all the drama and adversity they had to continue to endure near the end of the regular season and even during this series. Still happy though that they made the playoffs and backed up Vino's guarantee. Major decisions now for Laker management this off-season. Won't be surprised if they're seriously developing a Plan B without Howard. I just hope Laker management has learned from the mistakes this past season, and come up with a healthy, competitive roster for next season.

Now that OKC is without Westbrick, a healthy Spurs would be the next big threat to Miami.

The next exciting series to watch will be Miami vs Bulls. This will be a bruising encounter. The Bulls certainly know how to make life hard for Lebron

Not a fan of this current version of the Heat, but I think they will not have a problem repeating this year, regardless of who they face in the Finals. But yes - I think their biggest test to get there will be the Bulls (assuming they advance) and their defensive-minded coach. Second round starts this Saturday (US time), whether it's against CHI or BKN.

Well yes, that is a problem.

Maybe a full off-season with him as the coach will help improve team chemistry. Fingers crossed.

I'm hoping na umabot ng game 7 ang Clips and Mem, and I prefer facing MEM in the semis.. mas kinakabahan ako sa clippers..
