Dapat if unsure if flop or not....call a foul. Then look at the reply. If flop, call the foul on the flopper. If not, assess the foul on the other player.

Flop is ok, its a smart move for me.. Refs can't call techincal for doing that, besides it's waste of time reviewing it.. Ok na ung 5k penalty after a game..

5k won't deter the likes of Wade, Bosh and James from flopping. I know it's inevitable but it degrades the game for me. (that's just me lang naman)

I guess good acting talent can become a skill that scouts can include when looking for prospects in the future if ever flopping becomes more rampant.

It's not a waste of time though if the flop decides the ball game. You need the replay to be sure refs are not deciding the outcome on a missed call.

^ yep. like I said siguro pwede na magreview during the last 2minutes for possible flops. Crunch time na yan. Delikado yan tulad sa ginawa ni Wade nung sa finals vs the Mavs. Kung tinawagan ng foul si Dirk nun dahil sa pagfake/acting ni Wade na tinamaan siya, malaking bagay yun.

Inside 2 minutes is fine kahit 5 pa, pero if you review every call that you think is flop is ridiculous.. 2minutes usually ang review, every fouls especially inside the shaded area could be considered flop, offensive fouls pa can be considered too, and the 3 point fake which is sometimes called as offensive foul, the fake na pina uso ni miller.. good players know how to sell it, its up to the refs.. Anyway its just me..

What about the refs?  I'm sure kasama yan sa mga training nila at mga seminar.  Or is it?  I mean, siguro naman they study and check what's a flop or not.  Siguro naman they are made to identify who the floppers in the league are so come game time, they know when to whistle or not.

traditionally kasi ang flopping is used mostly by role players. ie. rick mahorn, dennis rodman, bruce bowen, vlade divac, bill laimbeer... pero kung self-repsecting superstar ka, mahiya ka naman kung magiging floper ka.

iba iba rin kasi ang flopping, meron yung may contact exagerrated na lang yung motions para mapansin. mas acceptable pa yun. pero yung mapagimbento ka ng contact na wala naman, baduy na nun

I agree, mahirap talaga. Pero nirereview naman yan ng NBA e. Pero sana lakihan nila fine for players na high salary. Sa mga may 10million and above salary, dapat $30,000 minimum penalty. Tapos lower for lower paid players.

Panget kasi sa game if Wade, Bosh and Lebron are flopping all the time. Di naman 'to soccer.

Imo,dapat automatic review pag kaduda duda yung reaction.pag flop,technical foul plus possession.tingan natin kung di magtanda mga manu wannabes na yan

mahirap din makita ng refs ang flop kasi mabilis ang action sa court. it's up to the NBA to penalize floppers after a review. sana di din sila mamili dapat kahit superstar or bench warmer and sana based sa sweldo. iba ang 5k USD kay lebron at kay Hadaddi hehehe
